Proligon trading scam

I opened an account in October 2021 and have done really well however the account manager assigned to me phones me from a different UK number each time he calls. He doesn't open up with my conversation ID so I ask him for it. I tried to make a withdrawal to my bank and they won't allow it. They want me to pay them a large amount of commission and then pay me in Bitcoin. I know this is not right and screams 'scam'. I'll let you know if I get my money back.
