Profits deleted

Service use: Live Length of use: 3-6 Months
They erased my entire month's benefits, made a "correction" and closed my account. I operated news that obviously does not go against the terms. I have withdrawn the funds I deposited since my profits were erased. Do not trade with Admiral or A-Global.
January 5, 2024. ISM Services PMI (Dec) was last fundamental I trade with them.

Run away from this broker Admirals Markets

Service use: Live Length of use: 0-3 Months
I am French and I live one Australia. I’ve been using Admirals Markets since November. I requested the withdrawal almost everyday since the 26th of December.

Mostly they were answered the same everytime. More than 20 mails exchanged. I called them and they were so pressed to end the conversation and just answered they will reply soon by mail. I tried everything they asked me to do. Lol even do the withdrawal on pc because it’s not possible on smartphones. They’re just trying to lead me on. Shame on them.

My problem: Apparently they decline my withdrawal because they don’t recognise my BSB number (Commonwealth Bank in Australia) don’t forget they own my bank statement with my BSB number written on it and I used this one for my deposit. They also refused all the other withdrawals on my French Bank because I can’t send money to France, except that I am French and they owned my French taxes document, so no sense again!!! Or my partner account because it’s a third person.

I even went to the bank to do it with my bank advisor. Nothing wrong my side or with my bank. What is funny is they have my bank statement with the same and correct account number and BSB that I also used for my deposit ahahah so funny!

So here we go, today I sent this mail: “Stop declined my request for incorrect BSB number. You don’t have my money for X reason so you can’t give me back. Well, you decide what you want to do. Here two options:

You give me back my money now by accepting my new request.

Or you gonna need to give me back a lot of more with my lawyers, yes one in France and one in Australia.

You chose: you can handle the situation without prejudice or with damage.

You can stay incompetent, no worries. Take advantage of random and honest people. A student who chose to use your service whose terms you do not respect. Certainly, but you forget one thing, the customer is always king and you have the duty to respect your obligations.

It goes without saying that I will no longer use your service and I will make sure that no one else uses it as well.

Let’s see if you will respect this law before using the others with my lawyers.

I request a form to end my trading account. Once this document has been completed and returned to you, since no withdrawal has been made at home, you are obliged to return the entire wallet to my bank account if my account was financed by bank transfer or credit card (or debit) is the case and without any identity verification, since it is a closure of account. As soon as the money is at my disposal and the broker, you, Admirals Market will have confirmed the closing of my trading account, I will have officially finished with you.”

Let’s see why they gonna reply this time!

Warning: Admiral Markets Deleted My Profits, Unjustly Denied Payment

Service use: Live Length of use: 6-12 Months
Addressing a troubling issue with Admiral Markets. In my six-month trading journey, I earned a profit of 601.88 euros. Shockingly, Admiral Markets deleted all my profits and refused to pay me.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, their compliance department at compliance@admiralmarkets.com cited Section 5.13 of their Terms and Conditions as the reason.

This unjust denial of my hard-earned profits has shattered my trust. I'm sharing this to caution others and request Admiral Markets to reconsider and fulfill their commitment.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Admiral Markets, and I advise against opening an account with them."

My account manager took from my account 12350 usd

Service use: Live Length of use: 0-3 Months
I have deposited to my Admiral Markets wallet the amount of 4500 USD on 30th Of May. In my client portal on the right top site an icon appears with the offer of 100% margin bonus which means you can not lose it but it help you for better margin call if the trade is against you. I clicked to accept it but it was not credit into my account so i asked my account manager Medeya T. if she could help me. She said thet it will take little time this process because i have already deposited so i said its fine dont worry about it please cancel it. Then very politely she push me to accept the bonus and she was very happy to help me. Next day on the 31st of May i saw that the bonus was credited into my mt5 account.I TRADED ON CURRENCIES, INDICES AND SHARES. I received my daily statement without any problem.I started trading on shares veev, snap, and crm. Veev had earnings announcment 31st of May. I traded price had a huge spike at the off market and i won 12350 USD. Next day i try to continue trading on currencies but i realised that everything was disable. I could not trade in any currency, indices or shares
I asked my account manager what is wrong and without any reply or explanation all my profit was vanished from the platform . I tried again to contact my account manager Medeya T. without success. After i email her and finally i received an email letter from the company that i had violate a term 5.10 or 5.11( i can not remember) and i can not have my profit!!!
Of course i can not have my profit,I am not allowed to, I am from Africa not Europe, England or Australia where traders are protected from Cysec, Asic or Fca.
As a result Admiral Markets AFTER 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE makes fun of African people still their money by manipulate them to accept bonus so they can steal their money ( They use the terms and condition of the bonus for their benefit).
When i asked my account manager Medeya T.: WHAT WOULD HAPPENED IF I WAS ON LOSS, SHE NEVER REPLIED.
Of course, when you are on loss, you don't violate anything, but when you are on profit you are done.
Please help me to find a solution.

Scam broker that closes your position on SL while prices are 1000p away

Service use: Live Length of use: 6-12 Months
I fell victim to a scam perpetrated by this broker. My position on futures for Vix was stopped out on Stop loss at prices that were never witnessed on futures or any other brokerage accounts. This was a calculated move to cause me to incur a loss with a spread of over 1000 points twice in a row. Despite reaching out to their support team on four separate occasions, I have yet to receive any response, which leads me to believe that these individuals are not trustworthy and are likely to abscond with my funds. I would advise anyone to exercise caution when dealing with them and to consider exploring other options. They are nothing more than small-time thieves who are out to take advantage of unsuspecting traders

Scam broker very bad support

Service use: Live Length of use: 0-3 Months
They told me today that my account was closed with Jordan's license because of my request to return my money. This broker is a fraud. He stole from me on 16-02-2022 an amount of 132.61 dollars, which was deposited via Visa Card. The deposit was refused and they did not return They did not return the amount to me, and every time I talk to the support, it refuses to help and does not respond to my requests and evades the answer. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against them with the British Financial Conduct Authority. I ask everyone to beware of this fraudulent broker

Feb 21, 2022 - 1 Star I am a trader. I heard about Admiral Market and I opened an account under a Jordan license. I deposited using a prepaid Visa Card. They asked me for an account statement for the card, proving its ownership. I sent them an account statement, as well as a copy of the card, proving its ownership. The payment has been pending for more than ten hours. After all this waiting, they refused to deposit and also refused to return the amount. They stole my money. I told them to return it, but to no avail. The fifth day, and there is no response from them except for a word, do not worry. I wish everyone not to enter with this broker, a fraud, my account number 30483514 I have all the evidence that proves that you stole money Beware of this broker is very fraud

Dear sir.
Our company has never had problems with the withdrawal and all your funds have been withdrawn to your account.
We care about the loyalty of our customers. In support, we have a team of professionals who strive to process each request in a short time and release the client with a resolved issue. The load on our employees is enormous and in order for support to continue to work stably and at a high level, the task of management is to protect their employees from unnecessary stress, insults and humiliation. Therefore, unfortunately, sometimes we have to go to extreme measures and break off relations with clients, no matter how sad and unpleasant it may be for us.

Limit orders are respected! Excellent Broker.

Service use: Live Length of use: 6-12 Months
This is the only broker I've ever used that actually respects my limit orders and doesn't execute them as market orders that in itself is a 10/10 from me. The commission is better than most brokers out there and customer support is excellent. This is truly the best broker I've used. If they offered a copy service or a pamm service would make this broker truly perfect.

There is not always a fully featured company, but it is good compared to ot

Service use: Live Length of use: over 1 Year
In general, the company is good compared to other trading companies, but the problem with this company is that it is somewhat slow in developing itself in terms of the capabilities and offers it offers to traders, and I also have a large spread at some time.
It's also honestly a bit stingy company.
