I never received my refund once I requested it. Robot worked well but customer service NEVER responded once to me, even when I tried purchase version 1.5. Bad customer service is not tolerable for me.

I purchased this EA and used it for a short time since the Drawdowns were not easy to handle. It lost more than it made. Perhaps it can be a good EA but I believe it isn't suited for me.
