Liberty Reserve Offshore appears to be the newest HYIP from the same scammers who brought you TradeLite.net. The FPA considers all companies in this group to be scams.
We recommend placing no money with this company.
If you have placed money with them, we recommend withdrawing it as quickly as possible.
Website is down. These scammers are probably using a dozen other HYIP websites now. Do not place money with HYIPS.

Issue escalated to Traders Court FPA Scam Confirmation against LibertyReserveOffshore.com | GUILTY
There is very strong evidence that this HYIP is run by the same people who were running TradeLite.net. That HYIP shut down and took a lot of investor money with it.
Further, the testimonials for this company pre-date the existence of its website. This strikes us as very deceptive advertising.
