Please stay away from this broker not mess your future up.. learn from me, learn from others. You can't be rich trading binary.com. this guys will do everything to ensure you loose your hard earned money... Your loss is their gain.... Both deriv and binary are one BIG PURE SCAM .. .. if you feel that, I am wrong.... please open an account and proceed... ... What my eyes seen , mouth no fit talk.... the last cases was withdrawal Email not sent to my email.... Intentionally delay my withdrawal, but yet processed deposit so fast and even sent a mail.... Chart manipulation, .. talking to robot as customer care.

i have all proofs.
i have recorded all.
i traded binary options, i sent 27 trades during one hour. all trades were wins even in their deriv mt5 platform.
but they considered 15 of the trades as loss.
i have all proofs if you need to share.
all recorded.
all trades were for forex pairs.

I trade on binary.com and made 500% profit in 3 weeks. First they were delaying in withdrawals then they suddenly closed all my trades in loss. The loss was $22500 while my equity was $30000. They have stolen my $7500. And now I am contacting on support and they are not resolving my issue. 1st a representative comes and listen my whole problem then he/she message me that "I’ll have to transfer you to the corresponding team for better assistance, please wait online." After 2/3 minutes delay close the chat window. It means they are scamming and don't want to listen or resolve.

I advise people to stay away from such kind of fraud brokers who are looting our hard-earned money.

whenever I went in to trade, it seems like there was someone manipulating just when I went in, the graph was smooth, walking in small lines, then when I went in it started to get crazy and volatile, this always happened, the derivation is a scam, there is no profitability with this platform, only losses.

Binary.com now known as deriv for a reason I can't say is the most heartless broker and Fraud ever.

I ventured into this broker and made 300% of my account in 2 weeks, on placing withdrawal, They kept declining it saying that I shouldn't use them as bank, whereas I only withdraw part of my profits, not even all.. Not to talk of capital. I had to contact the manager and he kept delaying my withdrawals with stories I just can't tell... Before I knew it, the whole money got lost.. No single trade ever went as normal on my positions, again.. It looked as if I am still a newbie on analysis... these people kept buying out and selling out all my positions toll all got lost. I need not be told the evil these people are manifesting... Rendering many people wretched, still the agency in charge don't want to shut down this deadly broker... It is very painful and shameful of the body that is supposed to do something about this. What the hell is Synthetic indices... Trillion of dollars have been lost on this anonymous pairs nobody knows anything about and more are still getting lost daily..

All those Synthetic Indices pairs, What controls them...? what moves them? , absolutely nothing.. Only the broker have access to them and solely only them control the pairs and it moves however they want it to move

For Christ Sake!!!!!!!! What are all these pairs... Their origin.. Market effect.. What move them... Pairs where Supply and Demand doesn't exist... Are the agencies just watching...

I have no doubt on the fact that these brokers have full access to these pairs Alone... Only them.. And these pairs move where and however they want them to move anytime, any day.

Binary broker operate under the ‘market maker’ mode. these are the guys who actually have NO interest in seeing you succeed as a trader because your success is their failure... Your profit is their loss and your loss is their profit.

This broker take opposing position to every trade you place and that's why if you lose $20,000 – that is, you completely blow up your $20,000 account, then the broker gets all of that money. They achieve this by trading your positions. The broker does not make money on the spread; the broker make money on the losing accounts.

Once you make profits to an extent, they reassign you and focus more on buying out and selling out every single position you take...

A broker their pairs most a times don't move with time, 1 to 2 minutes before or ahead of time before new candlesticks begin to form, it is 2 minutes past 1 to 2 minutes past 12 and 11 O'clock candle is still forming, and once this start, that's when the incredible happen in the binary.com/Deriv.com market. Every setup becomes invalid, the pairs become incredibly weird, accounts get blown like the blink of an eye. The only broker that hangs up everything you are doing and in few minutes when it is back, the market structure is something else and your account gone half... Most do think it is network but should you open other Forex brokers, it is clean and your Internet connection is strong. Something can never go Wrong in your chart and when it restores, your account will be positive if you have open position, it turns out completely negative.

I am taking my time to say all these because I just can't see people passing through pains and even trying to commit suicide because of binary broker and keep silence. I pray the needful be done and on time.
I pray The regulating bodies comeback to themselves and help the poor masses... Save people from unmerited losses and frauds from Binary.com/Deriv.com

I am sharing my experience about binary.com and deriv.com both are same.
Once I scammed by IQOPTION.COM and after many litigation i got $23000 back from them. Which is 30% what they stolen. I am such a fool after that incident again I started to trust on binary.com I thought they are trustworthy but they are also Liar. When I started trading with them i earned some profit in 2-3 days. After that suddenly i feels like they started manipulation everything. Price, bots, charts, delay, freezing.
But I thought it is my system issue and I changed my all staff. But I found nothing changed still they are manipulating.
That time I already lost more than $10,000.
After a long time of trying I started talk with them. And I asked them to provide me complaint department mail and number but they never provide that to me.
They asked me to send them trade reference numbers so they will reimburse them. When i send reference numbers they just simply told me all are good trades they can’t reimburse.
After long conversation they send me a fake complaint website link. And they told me that i can complain there.

If we want to stop then we need to act together we can file complaints directly to respected government authorities so they will ban their websites and later they will ban them.

If we don’t act our other brothers and sisters will continue to give their hard earned money to such scammers.

This guy are criminals. Please stay away from them. First the manipulate the (synthetic) system against you. When you're fed up and try to make withdrawal, the tell you it (fund has been processed) but your bank account is never credited. Binary.com is a big scam

I tried to do a deposit into my trading account using my bank debit card. The option is available on your web site but it isn't working. I logged a ticket already but no one is able to assist. I would like to do my trading with Binary.com but if i am unable to get assistance from them i have to look for another company to trade with.

I don't think Binary.com have their customers at heart as they say. Don't be deceived into thinking that they are good. You only see their true colors when you encounter a challenge.
When you encounter a challenge, it difficult to reach them and even after reaching them, they will find ways to defend themselves.
I took trades on 26, 27 and 28 July 2020. The trades went against me but what annoys me was that the loss were way above my stop loss.
It was very difficult for me to reach their customer service representative and when I finally reached them, they said sometimes, they can charge more than the stop loss should a trade go against a customer. This is really bad.
Bad Brokers must be exposed and brought down and we need to join forces to do that.
I will continue to share this message until it reahes their customers.
