I signet up in February. It took a very long time to get the VPS up and running. After it was set up, all was ok for one month. Then in mid March their server had an issue and it was down for three days during trading hours. I complaint because they did not inform me and did not even answer my emails and live chat request! Took a long time to assign my VPS- customer service was not very accessible at first. Upon gaining a login and password, I was easily able to access everything I needed on the server. Works well.

2009-02-03 1 Star I signed up with this company in order to provide a remote VPS and maintain a high-speed, always-on connection to run my EA. I paid $69.95 initially, and agreed to the monthly charge. The website promises that I will have access to my remote server within 24 hours. I checked my email and chatted with their online reps who assured me that I would be getting a log in soon. After 4 days of waiting, I was advised that they ran out of IP addresses and that they would send me my information on a first-come, first-serve basis. (meanwhile, paying the $69.95 per month fee). As of February 4, I requested a refund, but have not received it yet. Phone number refers to their website for help...I strongly suggest checking these guys out thoroughly before losing your ca$h. I shouldn't have been so eager.

I have been using this service for about a month now. I have had no problems with them and their technical support was very responsive to all my inquiries. So far so good.
