Please, keep away from them, search for a transparent broker

Avatrade is a scam. I have been using Expert Advisors with and many positions were opened randomly. With the same EA I lost money with Avatrade and with another account of another broker I earned money. This is a very clear test to show how this company works. I would like to help other traders keep away from bad experiences and work with transparent and reputable brokers

3 months not resolved

Still no solutions offered to me about my loss due to faulty mobile trading app, its already 3 months and figured out that they ignored me the past 3 months, Tanya emailed me, (at last) to inform me that Mr Philip will handle the matter to me, but I commented on forexfraud about this and they replied to me as if it was my fault that they are waiting for me to contact them to resolve it, Its a conflict again there because there is no email from this Philip guy or Avatrade concerning how to resolve my case. Im going now to Financial Services Ombudsman and I think Ill be seeing Avatrade there.

withdraw problem, can not contact them, password changed...

I submitted a withdraw 1 week ago and no reply from them. I sent them email but no reply. I call them, (I am working in switzerland but can not speak Swiss-german) I asked them that could you speak English ? and he hung up !!! really **** !!! and I could not log in to my account (wrong password) but I saved password on my chrome so it is impossible. I had to change password and log in again. It is weird !! Now I dont know what to do now, I am scared...because a lot of people can not withdraw from them... What should I do now ?....I have 20.000 euro on that account...

Scammed for 2.5k+

Length of use: 6-12 Months

Hi traded for a few months and I once withdrew 1.9k in a day. 20days later and 3 calls with Visa later, my funds have disappeared and AVA’s support doesn’t help me at all even after 15 days at attempting to get my funds back. So 1.9k has disappeared and 600$ is left in my account, locked there.

NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES. They will let you trade and everything will seem good until you actually make profit and they will give you hell and even worse, scam you of your funds.

Customer support never responding unless if you can speak Chinese.


I made an additional deposit to Avatrade since Jan 11 and until now no amount was credited to my trading account. I have sent email to their customer support several times yet until now there is no explanation as to why they are not doing so. I sent an email to the account manager named Dan Baris yet he is not replying nor even picking up my call. Some actions must be done here before they screw other people. I have read reviews online and to my surprise, I'm not the only one who is experiencing the same plight. This must be stopped before they prey on other people. May Canadian Authorities know this and totally ban them here to protect their constituents from getting screwed.

People be aware this company lures people in with promises on 100% bonus if you make a deposit within so many days of creating real trading account and after you deposit and submit all the required documents for verification purposes within the time limits, they just blank you completely.
Been trying to get in touch with them for over three months since. No responses to numerous emails, landline no. never connects to anyone, application support chat line never has available agents to connect through. Its just pathetic, After reading other people review on the web and their losses because of this company, i am lucky that i only deposited minimum amount to trial them,
They are nothing but a bunch of crooks. AVOID. ITS A SCAM. I am reporting them to ombudsman, Either way getting my money back from them and more wasted time.

-steps taken. I followed every week by email or chat.

- I can't recommend this broker to friends and family.

- I made a post on Dec 13 2017 and this is a 2nd jan 2018 followup. Still haven't got my money back from Avatrade after a consolation email from Dáire Ferguson, CEO, AvaTrade. He claims withdrawals will be done between 7 to 10 days.
It has been a month and my funds are still stuck in Avatrade.

AvaTrade has recently acquired an unprecedented number of new clients, therefore, the depositing and trading rates have grown substantially. As a result, a backlog of pending withdrawal requests (for both new and veteran clients) have accumulated in our system. We are fervently working to process all requests as soon as possible and to respond to all emails and related chats.

As you well know, AvaTrade is a long time trusted and reputable broker. All our client funds are kept in designated client asset accounts, fully segregated from company funds. We assure you that the issues we are experiencing now are merely technical and that our systems are being upgraded to deal with the additional volumes.

We expect all withdrawal requests to be processed within 7-10 business days at a maximum. (Please note: If you have not supplied your account verification documents, please upload them via the MyAva section of the website in order to help expedite the process).

1. singapore hotline cuts off after a minute of music

2. live chat operator terminated the chat when he didnt want to talk about my withdrawal issue any longer.

3. no replies from cs@avatrade.com

4.withdrawal of all funds from my account not complete after 8 days. Last i understood, they have to remove the bonus from my account before proceeding with withdrawal.

regret accepting bonus money from ava and depositing any.

Avatrade is a Scam and they have high spreads

AVAtrade is AVAfake.
Never trade with this scamming company AVAtrade!
They offered me a bonus of 30% when I open my Account on the 31.07.2018 so I did it and I deposit 1300 Euro right away via Creditcard in my Account the same day and made the first trade at the same day on the 31.07.2018.
After the EMSA regulation took place on the 01.08.2018 they revoke the contract to add my bonus of 30%.
My PRO Tarding Account is 74010710.
Avatrade have high spreads and thy customer support is worst and arrogant always lying to the clients.
The German and the UK support are the worst always lying to clients and not keeping the contracts.

Never use avatrade

I deposited money into my account with no issue. Now when it comes to withdrawing there is no support whatsoever. I have tried contacting Avatrade multiple times. They don’t respond to emails and if you call the call cuts off after 1:04 minutes exactly. ll waiting weeks for my £250 which is apparently just floating since I sent all the necessary documents. Well and truly terrible. If anyone sees this please contact me via tuffshark@hotmail.co.uk, the same email under my account.

How long does it take to withdraw funds?
Withdrawals are typically processed and sent within 1 to 2 business days of being approved, however the entire process may take up to 10 business days.

Should there be any issue with approving the withdrawal, you will receive an email notification regarding your withdrawal status. Please note that a withdrawal request that cannot be approved may be delayed until all requirements are met.

Saturday, Sunday and US Public Holidays are not considered business days
Once the funds are sent from our end, it may take a few extra days to reach your account depending on your bank/credit card company.

OK...to anybody who is considering putting money in to AVA...AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! at all costs. 1) they close your trades without any notification (so basically they close them at a loss) so that they take your account balance. To explain it fully... if you invest in a trade and it falls by 50% margin before it rises again... (which is expected in forex, things usually fall to then rise again..) they close your trade at a loss, before you can even close the trade yourself they disable it from your Metatrader account, so when the currency rises again by 50 PIPS (PROFIT) you cant close it? because these fools have closed it... Also ... staff are very rude/unhelpful. Basically.. to bluff their way out they talk s*** on the phone, saying it says it on their website blah blah nothing they can do. RUBBISH customer service... personally i spoke to a guy named Mickey, which he was TERRIBLE. All in all, ill take the balance loss that i put in... because i know i would never trade with these guys again.... and i also will be filing to take action through ombudsman.

Verification and support staff needs to get it together

Recently I tried to open a new account with this broker in my name (since first account was in another person's name). Ava trade has messed up on verifying my documents over 6 times now and has led me to believe I have been verified when actually I have not. I have been waiting for weeks for my account to be verified and have received multiple emails and talked to support staff that all say the documents have been approved then five minutes later will proceed to say, "sorry there has been a mistake you have not been approved, you should be approved by tomorrow". Then I will hear this same story the next day when I contact them again. I have had to send the same documents over and over. The amount of mistakes this broker has made is appalling and their petty apologies are meaningless. They have caused me to miss out on important trading opportunities and I would not want this kind of experience to happen to anyone else. The customer support offers little help and this broker really needs to get it together. They will take your money no questions asked then make you jump through all these hoops just trade with or withdrawal your funds. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this broker.

I was trading with Avafx from last 2 yrs & had good experience about deposit and withdrawal. I wiped out my account first time due to my mistake but 2 nd time they closed all my hedge positions without even sending a margin call mail or any information as I was regular in touch with my Accunt Manager Mr Ebrahim. Now when i am asking about the reason for closing position, they are not replying at all. They always give me same reply that they will check with dealing desk from las 6 months now. I want a clear reply for the reason for position closing as my equity was enough to handle swap interest for 6 months or even more.

Account closed but money not refunded

3 weeks ago I have received an email from my account manager (Antony Vaincal Holzman) that all Belgian accounts will be closed and money will be refunded due to new regulation. Account is closed but still waiting for my money..... Are there more Belgian traders with same problem?
This company only seems to be good in advertising.

It is just unacceptable!!!!! I asked to withdraw a certain amount of my balance and it takes forever! Give me my money back! I will delete my account right after receiving my money. You are unprofessional it's unbelievable.

ABSOLUTE TOSH AVOID TOTALLY well its been Dec 2017 the craze of Cryptos has caused them to totally shit themselves .. so theyve stopped trades and start it when it suits them.. plus if you make profits theyll not pay you perhaps soemthing will get lost... anyway they are NOT REGULATED AND SO YOU MIGHT AS WELL give your money to Ladbrokes blindly.

Withdrawals doesn’t take up ti 5 days it will take years!

Hello, I have requested for a 2 withdraws last Monday and Tuesday, I still haven’t received nothing it’s been almost 9 business day andwhen I go to th a email making youlond after waiting for them for almost 5 hours a day!!!

Biggest scammers

i have an account with avafx.
they are great scammers ever i seen in net.
my first deposited takeed 1 week to be in my account in avafx.i deposited via webmoney and usualy it take only 1 day.
my favorite currency is gbp/jpy. i had a position on gbp/jpy 2 weeks ago and it was in profit 110pip. i left that open.after 1 day the gbp/jpy went down about other 180 pip.i puted takeprofit for position.the price raeched my tp.but i saw the chart they deleted my position and delet all my profit(about9000$).i contacted them via phone but no answer.the online support terminated the chat.and they didn't answer my e-mails.i requested to withdraw my initial money .i sent them the withdrawal form by fax and e-mail.but after 10 days they didn't answer me.
do not pay attention to positive reviews.this company is really big scam.

Scammers!! Avoid

Scam broker, doesn't reply to reply when asked for explanations!! Avoid at any cost, you have been warned!!!!

May 8, 2018 - 1 Star Worst broker ever, hidden fees. You won't get email replies or calls answered. Never trade with this broker.

Feb 8, 2018 - 1 Star Worst broker ever. They don't mention about inactivity fees in their site, those are hidden fees. I requested a refund as I didn't know about this fee. They assured someone will get back to me in 2 days. Still waiting after 1 month. I also sent an email to the account manager and never got any reply! Just called their phone number and call just got dropped, it's impossible to get hold of someone!! Avoid this scammer at any cost.
