But beware, its NEVER part of your equity so the minute your equity gets low they TAKE THE $30 BACK!!!

I will not support you ever again!!! I wish I read the rating here before I joined your company.

XXX WORST BROKER EVER THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED

Had a very bad experience with this broker Every time I make deposit it went through but now that I made my profit and try to withdraw my money using the same deposit method and same currency I can not get my money. They only keep saying that the transaction was successful on their end and gave me an ARN code to give to my bank. The people at my bank said that they are on the receiving end and payments are process automatically there is no need for human intervention. All roboforex saying is go to someone competent and they met my obligations on their end. Up to now I can't get my withdrawal of $110 USD. This is a scam broker PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM

According to the data, your bank card has a type - Prepaid. This type of bank card can't accept funds and your bank incorrect process request. From the company side, all details have been provided to you in the ticket.

Stay Away From Them

Despite having good internet their issues include brief network outtages during your open positions and when it returns back profit or loss sometimes would have been altered way too much. They somehow kind of throttle your trading session, I have traded with another broker before and gotten faster executions and transactions. Maybe it it because they want to drain back the bonus deposits they would have given you on account opening. I will admit I have made trading mistakes and errors but currently the roboforex trading system is not that solid and consistent, you get the feel that you are being manipulated inthe background. I would have given out my trading ID but for peace sake lets just leave it there.. Stay away from them..

Bad unresponsive support

I have been trading at Roboforex for about 2 months. Although i have been profitable with them. There is issue with screenfreeze when it's about to hit tp or near tp. Also swap rate is quite expensive.
I then requested for a callback multiple times which i never received from them. Which was final nail in the coffin for me. I believe they don't care about clients who are profitable and only want to take care of clients who are losing money.

I really don't understandmy password is changed everytime I try to log into members arear and I can't even trade into meta 5trader after my deposit today and I tried communications the is no respond and I'm blocked for 3 hours cos my password is changed

Please note that, we do not change the Client's passwords or email without their request. There have been no requests from you regarding this matter. Additionally, as far as we can see, the password of your trading account has not been changed.

Your trading account password was sent to your e-mail on 2020-08-03 in a confirmation letter about opening the account. This password is the current valid password for your trading account. When logging in the trading platform, please attempt copying it and pasting in in the "Password" field of the platform.

In order to log in your MT5 application on your mobile device, in case with IOS, press Settings, then select "New account", and in case with Android press "+" in the top right corner. After that "Login to an existing account", choose the server corresponding to your trading account type and fill in two more fields with your trading account number and password.

Disaster unethical behavior... thiefs

Hi, I opened standart account week ago. I trade only WTI instrument. Average spread on standart account 5-6 pips.. Now my account is 100% in profit and my spreads are permanently 11-12 pips.. lol seriously? Do not trade with this poop broker central is connected to Russia, what more to expect ..

Terrible Trading Bonus

I have been trading on Roboforex for about 7 months now. Very Bad forex broker . I Would like to warn You all, that bonus They mention on their websites does not exist literally. I funded my account and accepted The deposit, my equity doubled. However, When i was trading i went in a loss Which sums up to my deposits and They Just closed my trades and took The temaining funds of Which i thought it was a bonus. So basically this So called bonus is Just There to lue You into setting big lots, thinking You have enough equity But Hell No these bustards are taking us for a ride. I will never put my money There and i advise You all to rUn away From these scumbacks

Keep Clear

I have been using this broker for some time and had no real problems until recently.
I use five broker platforms simultaneously for security and in case of outages. The problem recently with the USD meant that I had large drawdowns. This broker increased their spread so wide it wiped out my account. The other four brokers were honest and I now have nice profits with them.

Deposit problem

Hello all i just want to share here my view of bank transfer...which i have done on 29th may and the problem is i input wrong invoice no while money transfer..and i create a ticket about it same day and now its 3 days and got nothing reply back And talked to support but seems like they are a bit rude and not really helpfull..like they just dont want to talk much or help..they just told me to wait for ticket reply and not to talk in chat..i have asked support for wroking hours when payment department is there so i know when my deposit ll be processed but no reply after that...a bit nervous now..my acc no is 5175067...

Jan 15, 2017 - No Rating So far after they send a email with excuse i didnt get any reply until now and i just checked in investing.com gbp usd chart and thats also showing clearly that it reach at 1.21800 level so i dont know why only roboforex cant see it...hope they ll see and solve this..if no then i dont think so we can trust them..ll update here as soon as they fix this issue...

Jan 12, 2017 - No Rating I just got a email from roboforex that the price didnt reach the level of 1.2180 when in there mt4 its clearly showing that the price reach until 1.2181* and it was a long position open at 1.2175 and in anycase a long position should close at set tp if it reach until 1.2181* because my tp was 1.2180...seems like they just got to make me fool with some stupid reason...hope they ll check it properly and do something...

Jan 10, 2017 - 1 Star I have a problem with my account 5196801...on 10 jan 2017 i place an buy stop order on gbp usd at 1.2175 with tp 1.2180 and i sleep when i wake up my order is alrdy active at 1.21757 but didnt close at my placed tp which is 1.2180 and in the mt5 chart its clearly can see that the price hit 1.2181 but stil didnt close my order with my tp...and then the price of gbp usd gose down and close my all position and blown my account bcz of that one order which make me lose 110$ and rest of the positions also closed with lose because of that...i talk with live chat and they said they cant do anything and i create a ticket and didnt get any response so far now i wanna ask ll i get all my money that i lose because of that one position that didnt close at placed tp...please come forward to help me thanks alot

Bid price of GBPUSD.m didn't reach the necessary level (1.21800) to fill your Take Profit order while said position was open, thus there were no market conditions to activate your order and to close your position.

You can check OHLC parameters of GBPUSD.m candles in your terminal to see historical Bid prices and their min/max levels.

Attitude, why such an attitude?

I have seen many, many complaints in this Brokers reviews about slow withdrawals and here is just another one. To aggravate the problem, their chatline personnel displayed poor attitude. Somehow it felt like they were poorly educated. I was certainly not asking the official for his/her own money out his/her own pocket! Then, when I asked for a name.........................................deathly hush.
Such a shame that poor operators are the direct cause of a customer walking away with 2 live accounts.

Very Poor And Useless Broker

I am writing this review with all my sincere heart from the experience I have had with this broker. First, they are useless and reckless broker who only cares about scamming its clients by the so called Forex contest. They are a manipulator kind of broker. Online fraudster. I think government should try and look into this broker. They have special trader they hire to trade for them. When I joined their contest I tried to look at their ranking page to see what's going, lo and behold. As i placed my trade the moment the contest started and checked back the contest ranking page, all I saw is that some traders have made up to $7000 profit. And i traded with the highest lot size that was allowed then. I began wondering how did this traders do it to trade 1 lot size, the highest lot size allowed to trade with. Then I realized that theses traders are in-house traders. Second, their support service is 100% poor. If you contact them via their chat support service, they wouldn't respond to n time, or they not respond at all. Their agents are unprofessional. Thus, I don't recommend this broker at all. They very poor. Please run away from them.

Account closed with no reason.

Please please traders avoid roboforex like a plague. This broker Roboforex is full of itself, i opened this account 21003360 and after 3 days it was closed with no reason. I tried reaching their team because I thought it was a error as I never traded with the account but I got no reply.

XXX TERRIBLE BROKER STAY AWAY XXX

Very poor broker, actually more of a bucket shop or just plain scam. Claim I was stopped out of a position due to the bid/ask spread. False bonuses that increase leverage. 25 min stop difference from market highs & actual position liquidated. Poor customer service.

So far a very good experience

I have been using RoboForex for just over a month and have had nothing but a great service. The only negative which isn't too.much if an issue is there not being an option to update your MT4 password from your account settings (unless I missed it), otherwise everything has been good for me, good trading conditions and depositing was easy.

Wiped out account

My account 22095336, I placed a sell order (2020.04.15) and my account was blown soon as the sell order went through. I placed sell, and when it finished loading my account was already blown. What happened there? Are there hidden fees/commissions or just another scam!! And this was first time trading with these guys.

Awful Spreads on EURUSD

Roboforex has been the worse all-round user experience I have has thus far and I come from Johannesburg South Africa where service delivery is non-existent, daily loadshedding and black economic development is a real thing. These people make Jacob Zuma and the ANC look like Jesus.

Transfer deposit 2000 € not arrived on account 5013193

I made a transfer on 13 03 2020, of 2000 € to my account 5013193 ... I opened 3 tickets with the image of the transfer, to date nothing has arrived and no one has answered me ... bad image of the company up to this moment . I will update the situation day after day ..

According to the data from the acquiring bank, funds are on your bank side. The time of deposit depends on your bank side as well. If you didn't get funds yet to your card, please contact the Payment department through ticket and the manager will provide you the ARN code of transfer. With this code you can contact the representative of the bank and solve the issue.

Roboforex has always a reason not to pay a withdraw!

I did withdrawing with my credit card (visa) from my trading account from Roboforex. This Visa Card is simply approved and verified by Roboforex. And yet they know how to find a reason to refuse the withdrawal."Please make new bank card authorization via method Visa/MasterCard and create another withdrawal request. " 14 day's urlier i did the same. I did complain at the support but they did not respond.
Because roboforex has unfairly cancled my withdraw.
I have to pay commision because its a day later.
Now I have to wait 2 weeks. But then they have the same excuus.
Roboforex is not interested in any complaints. They don't take the clients seriously at all.
I first placed the complaint with them, so neat. but they are not at all neat.

Please beware u deposit over R5000 in this company to trial them for the first time I made profit of over R6000 ,roboforex said if I want to withdraw my money without trading a 100standard lots( lot size required to trade with there bonus before you can get your deposit and profits) I had to pay them from my profits over R2000 to get my money loosen, the worse part is I never received any.of my money and this broker is so f***ed up sneaky they debited my bank account with the amount that u put threw for withdrawal. Now my bank (Absa) couldn't even reverse it because roboforex is such scam artist that they put it threw as a online purchase done by me. When depositing you put in your card details they take that and debit you account. This is so scary 5k has been stolen straight out of my bank account. I had to block my card and get a new one in order to ensure that it doesn't happen again. Please pls stay away from them I never got my withdrawal in total roboforex is withholding my 8k and stole from my bank account ...this is elite scammers if you continue to scam ppl from their hard earn money ,Every dog geta his day

Termination of Account and Sluggish of Refunding Balance of Account

All of a sudden after doing one trade 04 Dec 2019 which didn't go in my favor this Broker decides to block my account with a balance and now is talking stories not wanting to refund my balance. my account is 20100748. Everyone just stay away as this is really dodgy and scam like to block or terminate account and not refund the client. It is just a robbery plain and simple. I will be lodging complaint with regulator as this is really scam like behavior.

Positions liquidated (not by me) with a loss

I've been with roboforex for few months now and everything seemed cool till few days ago. I had several buy positions open (in a drawdown) and all of a sudden I see those positions closing without me doing anything! I had more than enough margin and no hard stop loss in place as I was monitoring, shocked by what I was witnessing I got in again (about 10 times in total)...but every time I was getting in, my position was liquidated immediately incurring in a loss! In the mean time the price started to reverse of course! I eventually got back in about 10/15 minutes later with 2 new orders. Same thing happened 2 days later with a different pair.
I got in touch with support and opened a ticket, very poor customer service overall, they sounded like a broken disk, they got back to me repeating the same script about 4 times which said that the orders were executed from my terminal...before closing the ticket! Pure Madness!!

I've been using this broker since 2018 now and it's all fine. Already deposited around 20k € and withdrew nearly 4k €. All is working correctly, although their payment methods are sometimes changing. Bad customer service when it comes to withdrawals

I'm having a pretty bad time with this broker. I have now three withdrawal requests unpreocessed in the row. What is the most astonishing is that these are smal amounts, 15, 20 and 25 dollars. I don't know what it will be when I will try to withdraw bigger amounts. Roboforex is quick to process registrations and deposits. But when it comes to withdrawals, they are are not responsive at all. It is very bizzare .....

I placed a pending order : 5mins before the CAD news billed for 1:30pm Nigeria time (30-08-2019). I placed a pending order CAD-JPY : @80.120 level for a buy and at that time price was @80.041 and when the news started my order triggered into profit and suddenly dealing desk of Roboforex pushed my trade up to placed it @80.283 against me in negative . And price and candle did not get to @80.283 it stopped at @80:240 level in the 15mins Chart.

Before my eyes my trade was manipulated ..This guys are professional thieves . Robo Forex .. Please, run away from them whenever you hear this name . Almost all Cysec Regulated Brokers are scammers .

Hi, I'm Innocent n I've been trading with Roboforex for the past six months, I'm super happy with their services due to the following thing...

- Top notch technology: they company's website n systems are very advanced n they are easy to use

- Quick Withdrawals: ever since I started trading with this company I have withdrawn money multiple times but I've never waited for my money for more than 30 minutes, in most cases it takes lees than 5 minutes for my funds to be withdrawn...

- Excellent Client support: their client support is excellent even though at some point they take a few minutes to respond to messages but I guarantee you, if you have valid problem, you won't leave the conversation with your problem unsolved...

Stay on your toes.

Further to my review below, and in response to roboforex representative.

1. I do not care how you determine your swaps. I do not trade with your liquidity provider. I trade with Robo-forex. Changing swaps 13 minutes before rollover is not an acceptable practice. I suggest you take the issue up with your LP because they are making you look very bad.

2. I took my funds commission free because I found a way to meet your unreasonable trade volume requirements. That does not excuse the issue.

Apr 18, 2019 - 2 Stars I have been involved with Roboforex on and off for about 2 or 3 years now. I have been relatively happy with them until recently when I had a very unpleasant experience, in which they fell short of my expectation.

1. Last Friday night they adjusted their swap rates, which is well within their rights, however, they purposefully elected to this 13 minutes before the rollover period (and market closure for the weekend). I was carrying significant USDCHF shorts which had a carry cost of about 25 euro / day. They pumped that up to 5 fold to 125 euro. I was forced to either pay up or close my positions with no choice of timing or spreads which resulted in significant cost to me. Any reasonable broker would adjust their swaps early in the trading day in order for the trader to make an informed choice when he decides to execute the trade.

2. After the change in swaps, I decided to withdraw my capital as I have no interest in trading anything else and they made the USDCHF too expensive for me to trade. 4.2% withdrawal fee on my capital. They refer to the following clause in the T & C: -

"13.15 The Company reserves the right to deduct from the account an amount paid to the client in compensation, if the account does not embrace sufficient trade volume"

According to Them, in order to withdraw 8000 euro, I would need to trade 33.6 standard lots.

Given the fact that they have changed their trading conditions (swaps) I view it as my right to withdraw all my funds. Their insistence on 33.6 lots of trading in order to withdraw 8000 euro amounts to an irresponsible enticement to trade when it may not be in the traders interest.

Moreover, the withdrawal was done on the 3rd Tuesday of the month which they advertise the free of charge (normal fee is 1.9%). Assuming I give them the benefit of the doubt, it means that on any other day they would have charged me a little over 6% for my withdrawal to Neteller. Frankly that is pure highway robbery and any broker that charges so excessively should be avoided.

So, in case the liquidity provider is changing swaps, the broker has to immediately make its own trading conditions equal to the liquidity provider's conditions.

Thus, the currency pair was changed as soon as the liquidity provider informs the Company.



Regarding the commission for withdrawal, as we see, the commission was not charged from you and the additional requirements to withdraw for free were implemented to you.

where to start .... i haven been with this broker for 3 months, and built my account very well until it was over 3 times the deposited amount. then a few days ago i up my risk progressively with each trade, risking the previous trades profits ... i managed to make 91,000 euros in one day! that evening my account was frozen, and then later the 91,000 euros was removed from my account! they claimed that i used to 'vulnerability in hardware' so that they wanted me to remove my remaining funds from the account ..

today at the switch over at 10:00 pm (BST) i had a short open on GC. and suddenly GC shot up by 183,000 pips ... yes, you read that right .. 183,000 pips !! price on GC went to 20.08805 in a split second (with an equally large spread) it was doing this up and down for a good 5 minutes. this time I lost all my money in my account and put my account at -183,960.15 Euros!

this broker is a total joke, communication is pretty much ZERO. and they are probably the biggest scammer out there .. they are not regulated by the FCA .. their regulator has a reputation for enforcing rules (back handers going on, payoffs ect.)

This broker is scam. My buy stop order was executed and stopped with a huge gap resulting my account completely whipped. I wrote to them about this issue, at first they told me the order was executed correctly, I asked to check my account. They replied to me that things like this happened.
I asked for compensation no response from them...big scam

Mar 7, 2019 - 1 Star I worked with them for a while and notice my orders were executed with some minors gaps. When i asked for explanation their chat service told me it's perfectly normal.
