Axi brokerage does everything not to pay withdrawals. They are scammers

On October 26, 2022, I requested a withdrawal in the amount of US$218.62 according to data received by confirmation email:

Dear Ricardo,

Your Axi Account Withdrawal Request has been processed and has been sent to your financial institution.
Here are the details of your withdrawal request. Please keep these details for future reference.

Reference: #582710  Account Number: 433XXX
Amount: USD 218.62 Fee: USD 0.00
Disbursal Amount: USD 218.62

In most cases your funds will be available in a matter of hours, however please allow one to three days for bank transfers.

After more than a month to recover the withdrawal, after several contacts with the support, so that my money could be refunded to me,

including posts about the case on Forex Peace Army, on December 1, 2022, the brokerage made a deposit in my trading account in the amount of US#168.62, that is, it did not return the exact amount of the withdrawal, which was USD 218.62, in addition to disappearing with the withdrawal amount, it took 40 days to recover the missing amount, this broker disappeared with exactly US$50.00.

That is, the scammers of this brokerage try all ways to earn money illicitly.

I require that the amount be deposited in full, in this case, that the US$50.00 that this broker tries to earn illicitly be deposited.

Dear Ricardo

We would like to clarify for you.
When the bank does not accept the funds and the broker needs to recall money back this always can take longer and we do not have any power to speed the process as this depends on the bank and intermediate banks.

We are very sorry, and we understand your frustration, but we can only ad the funds when we will receive.

Kindly note that we did send the funds to your bank last October 26th based on your bank instructions.

Since you have not received the funds within the given time frame and cannot locate it via the receipt, we have requested the MT103 or SWIFT Transfer from the relevant team so your bank can track them.

If your bank still cannot trace the funds, then we can ask the Settlements Team to recall the funds.

Nov 27, 2022 - 1 Star Yes, they sent the document, but the bank never received such an order. After several e-mail contacts with support, a member named Tony sent me an e-mail confirming that the bank never received the deposit order, so I must wait up to 30 working days to have the amount in the brokerage account again , that is, I will still have to wait almost 2 months to have the amounts in the brokerage account and try to withdraw again and succeed. I'm waiting for the deadline.

Nov 16, 2022 - 1 Star My name is Ricardo Lou, Brazilian, I have an account with this broker.
on 11/26/2022 I requested a withdrawal in the amount of USD 218.62 and until today I have not received the money.
The bank did not receive the transfer order, the amount is no longer in the brokerage account.
I think I got into a scam.
Nobody can do anything, I talked to the representative of the broker Felipe T. via WhatsApp but he told me that he can't do anything.
I received the withdrawal confirmation email:

Adjustments my trading

They scammers! Adjustments my one profitable order from news trading... But i am got slippage and order was execution very long 4000 MS and running 2minutes but company adjustments... Omg,,

What broker does not accept a wire transfer?

Only two options in Vietnam, use your credit card and get charged a cash advance fee, or bank with a bank that has Internet banking with them. If your bank is not one of the listed banks, you cannot do a wire transfer. I contacted their chat fully expecting, here are the bank details, please make your deposit, like every other broker in the world. However, here is their reply, "These are subject to regulatory standards and as per our company policy, deposit methods available will always be based on your country of residence.

I have forwarded your concern to my superior however since there are no intention to add this option we will only take the feedback into consideration."

Regulatory standards to not accept a wire transfer? Nonsense, as I have made 100s of wire transfers to brokers in Australia. Well, here is my feedback, closing my account and cannot be bothered no more.

Ask Axi broker to pay my profit

My trading profit was deducted by them for a reason at will. Please see what's wrong with my trading records below. I'm a short-term trader. If anyone does short-term trading like me, please be careful. They will deduct your profit for a reason at will.

Axi until now didn't pay my withdrawal (DO NOT USE THIS BROKER)

Service use: Live Length of use: 3-6 Months
At first, i'm impressed by their low spread with their Pro Account.
It's quite fast to make deposit into my live trading account. However, when i try to withdraw $200+, it took me forever, and until today i didn't get single cent from them.
Have talk to several support staff, but they couldn't help me and keep saying they are just waiting for the receipt from another department to show me. It's really ticked me off which i don't usually do.

Please note that if you withdraw via Bank Transfer, it may take up to 1 -3 business days to receive funds. If you experience a delay in receiving funds, we recommend you to follow up with your bank provider.

Is AxiTrader a market maker?

AxiTrader is a STP broker not a market maker.
  • Trading on AxiTrader Standard account,  you only need to pay for the spread, which is the difference between the buy and sell price.
  • Trading on AxiTrader PRO account, you will receive a reduced spread and a commission charge will occur based on the base currency of your trading account and the size of your trade.

Is AxiTrader an ECN broker?
