I have been using Tickmill for 3 years. Spreads are tight, execution is fast, deposit is fast. But, when it comes to withdraw your money, they are the slowest and the most problematic broker I have ever worked with. It always takes more than 1 week to get your money back. To give an example, I have made a request on 17th morning and who knows where the money is, still waiting...


My primary broker sends my funds to my account even sometimes within the same day, but Tickmill, hell no, I promise that you wont get your money easy. Eventually you get it if you have enough patience.

What is Tickmill?

Tickmill is a forex broker since 2015 with multiple branches regulated by:

Maybe the worst broker i dealt with.

FPA members i will tell what happen to me with this broker, i am client with Tickmill since this broker was Armada Markets (2014).
I had a lot of accounts with different strategies over the years, this account that i was trading as a DD of 2.5k in AUDCAD pair i was trading to get out of that, i enter in this in Covid lows. I was trading and close old orders trying to manage out of this.
Day 8 of November without any warning i received email from Tickmill saying :

" Dear .....
I hope this email finds you well,

This is to inform you that the company has decided to terminate the business relationship with you and proceed with closing the account. Please note that trading will be disabled on your live MT5 accounts (...., .....).
Please proceed with remaining balance withdrawal and once processed, your account will be closed.

If you require any further assistance feel free to contact us back, our team will be glad to help you."

I sent email questioning this decision and received a reply:

" Dear .....
Thank you for contacting us.

Please note that in accordance with the Tickmill Ltd Client Service Agreement section 5 we will proceed with closing your account.

We kindly request that you close your running trades and withdraw any remaining funds by no later than 22nd November 2023.

I questioned again and again nobody has replied since the last email. I went in chat a number of times, they always reply that i will receive an email with a response.
Of course nobody say nothing, they don´t know what to say.
Today day 22 i closed the orders and withdrew.
This broker is absurd and unethical, years of trading there making a lot of lots and the close is this, even swap charges that was almost half of the DD.
Stay away of this broker they will close because they can and send to you agreement 5, what a joke.

Withdraw also was a movie, the last deposit that i made with Neteller was in 2019 i believe, the last deposit that i made in Tickmill was with wire in 2023, because in 2019 Neteller didn t have restrictions now they have.
So they say that i mostly deposit with Neteller, so i have to withdraw by Neteller (money laundering rule) that is ok.
But know the problem is that i change email address of Neteller account, like i change in every accounts that i have inclusive with Tickmill.
One email that was a absurd is this one:

"Please kindly provide us with proof showing the email change from .... to the email .... related to your Neteller account. Also kindly note that if your Neteller account is registered under EU/EEA country we will not be able to send the funds to you via this method.

Once proof is provided that your Neteller account connected with .... ( from which you have deposited initially ) is closed/ changed, we can then send you the funds via alternative method ( International Bank Transfer )."
Why the broker create this problem if is not possible withdraw by Neteller!!
This withdraw situation also i exchange more than 10 emails with them.
It wasn't enough close the orders in the negative because I was forced to, they also created another problem with the withdrawal.

It´s ridiculous for a broker to delete.
Support is the worst i have ever seen, they're there but it's like they're not there.

The company that can't get enough of defeats in FOS

I am being forced to complain to the Financial Ombudsman to get our Every claim from this juggling company.
A complete fraud company that does not get wise and does not even respect the decisions of FOS, despite losing cases in FOS every time.
Okay, you are showing the frauds you can to not comply with the Fos decision, but I will get my money back from you by filing an expenditure objection.

Dec 21, 2022 - 1 Star I opened an account with Tickmill Uk. It is supposedly tightly regulated by the FCA. I thought that it would be reliable, but Tickmill has not paid me the amount due to me for about 3 months. I have been sending e-mail messages to dear Rani about paying my money many times. She continues to ignore it for 3 months. Please pay my money as soon as possible, otherwise I will have to start a legal process.

Slipped on stop loss

I made a purchase in AUD / CAD now at night here in Brazil, I put my stop to 5usd and when I saw the broker took 11 USD, imagine you enter with a stop of 1 million USD and be stopped at 2 million, in addition to that the broker is stop hunter, in other brokers this totally different and is not only in one, I do not recommend to anyone this broker, this is a joke with the client.

rude service

Good operating and trading conditions. However, I had a bad experience with Tickmill on the customer service side only. The account manager is rude, and so is the chat attendant. I was offered a meeting in Belo Horizonte by email, where I live, to talk about business. However, when trying to find out more about the subject, the manager disposed of me. It has an arrogant and superb posture. No empathy or charisma. The account of a friend, one of my affiliates. there was no connection on 05/19 and the balance disappeared, when we went to ask for assistance in the chat the attendant simply stopped responding. I had bigger plans for this broker, but due to strong disappointments I have to go back to another broker I use!

Tickimill is bad broker.

I have registered with this broker TICKMILL and they offered me for the welcome bonus amounted usd30. The condition for withdrawing from the bonus is to exceed the bonus amount given profit to usd 30 to 100 maximum. I have made a profit from my trade amounting to usd30.21. I tried to check the balance on the welcome bonus on their website but they imposed a condition to submit a document first to view or open an account. After verification, I found that the welcome bonus account was empty. After talking with their support agent, they told me to deposit first on the real account. I asked them if I have money amounting to usd 100 as required why do I need their welcome bonus of usd30? after that I received an email from them saying that I had applied to reset my trading account even though i am never requested for that. They had disconnected the server. I tried several times to login to the account in MT4 but it was disconnected. Be careful to all traders out there.

Changing my review

After much discussion, the Tickmill manager was able to verify that there was an error in my registration and for this reason my withdrawals were rejected. I emphasize that the broker has good spreads, everything works well, unfortunately even with a validated registration I had problems. All resolved so I am amending my review. The amounts have been credited to my account now. I am withdrawing from the Forex market and focusing only on B3.

May 10, 2023 - 1 Star I sent funds to my account, sent my personal documents, all validated. I requested a small withdrawal to validate the withdrawals, I sent proof of deposits in pdf, all were validated by the support.

All withdrawal requests were rejected.

Several other people are having this same problem, that is, they do not approve the withdrawals and do not give any reason to their customers, only failures in the withdrawals.

Today I transferred the total balance of my trading accounts, which by the way were growing by an average of 2% per month to the wallet and requested a total withdrawal of 1950.00 USD from the account.

I want to withdraw all the values ​​because this broker has already demonstrated that it does not take its work seriously and I have no other alternatives but to file a lawsuit in court and also report them to the regulatory bodies.

I'm going to the end of this fight and I'm sure justice will be served. For you who are thinking of depositing any amount in this brokerage, think very carefully.

Natural gas spot price is different big 10% from market price

Dear www.tickmill.com

My trading account is 3091405
I am holding natural gas spot position and it is at holding losses.
I just realised that the spot price keep going down (Tickmill spot running at $2.055 at time writing this review) while many other brokers such as are running at $2.266.

The difference are so huge, it resulted me to extra big losses holding the position

With holding 2.70lot. the difference made me extra loss of -$5400.

Tickmill, Please correct the natural gas spot price. I am at huge losses.

Spread widening manipulation with TICKMILL

I made a full Hedge on GBPJPY in October 13th with equity of 65 USD which means i need 120 to 130 widening spread maximum, the next day I wanted to make a deposit for my account, I got stopped out with 420 widening spread at night.
I send the customer service so many e-mails for the trade recap and a proof from the liquidity provider that this widening is real and not a wrong quote or spike, they ignored my request and not answering my e-mails anymore.
They wanted to compensate me with 187 USD which I refused because this means I agree for this widening spread.

They manipulate prices! I compared different brokers and during news they show different prices for me! They lie about their spreads, they are nowhere near small as they claim. Always go big and blow my account! After I started complaining about spread manipulation, they blocked my account! Terrible service, absolutely scam business!

They take over your account if they are not happy with you!

Never trade with this company!

As the Financial ombudsman has ruled in my favor, despite that Tickmill falsified (!) data, Tickmill refuses to comply with the Final Decision. (check FOS website Decisions database - www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/decision/DRN-3148143.pdf) They have been intimidating, lying and making threats for six months.

As the person handling your complaint and refusing, but eventually after six months, is forced to comply to the FD, this person (risk and compliance director) out of grudge, she decides to terminate my accounts and they are closing all my open trades for me. Basically they are taking over my account and forcing me to watch how they close my trades and I have to swallow all the losses.
If you complain about this unprofessional behaviour, it is the same person handling your complaint again and she simply ignores you. It is outrageous!!

What it comes down to, if you win your complaint with FOS you still loose, as Tickmill controls their system and they just do what they want, regardless whether you point out how illegal their actions are. Now I have to take legal actions and spend even more money to rectify this scandalous behaviour.

I had never expected this criminal behaviour from a FCA regulatd company that brags about their license!

Tickmill is the biggest scammer ever, Stay away

I give this opinion in an honest and unbiased way. I am not a competitor and have not been paid by any person to write this statement. I studied Forex, got trained and mentored by Forex gurus. I am a Lawyer and retired senior banker and I trade currencies and commodities for the last 9 years. Often, I provide traders with Forex signals for free. I am also an informal lecturer in Dubai Chambre of Commerce.
Tickmill is a scam. Stay away. They claim to aid traders, but they actually cripple them. It is in their DNA to scam retail traders. They claim they offer low spreads, but it is only a way to lure the Traders to open accounts with them with the traders unaware of what would be waiting for them. I had an account with them and when I saw what they were doing I decided to stay away though I had some difficulty getting my money from them at that time. Recently, and after several follow ups by their salespeople I thought to give them the benefit of doubt and have therefore refreshed my account by injecting some money and starting to trade with them but not for long. After few days the account was performing reasonably well. However, in the last transaction I placed a pending order way from the market price by minimum 100 pips, but they executed the order immediately after I pressed the button though the price was still far away from the level I fixed. This wiped out my account immediately and completely. I tried contacting them to resolve the problem, but no one replied. I wrote to them emails same minute this happened to which they replied only after 3 days. I understand it was a weekend. They gave me unbelievable excuses that contradicted the facts and all rational thinking. They claimed the spreads were widened, and the pending order was therefore triggered. This was not true as before and after the market closed and until the market reopened on Monday morning the sign of the dotted line on the MT4 was still showing that the pending order was not in fact triggered at all. This is the mistake that Tickmill has made that contradicts their claim. I have a recording of this along with screenshots that prove my claim. This evidence I will submit to the FCA as unrefuted evidence that they applied for the pending order on their own and the price never approached that level. How can a spread on a currency pair widen so suddenly a few seconds before the market closes and also by 100 pips? I explained that I was there watching the market and the spreads did not widen that much, but only by a few pips and that it was at the time of the market closing for the weekend and the execution of the pending order was done about two or three seconds before the market closed and there was no volatility to justify their action, but they never cared to give any further reply.
After discussing this matter with one of my senior friends in the local financial authority (DIFC) he explained that they are aware Tickmill uses tricks to steal the traders’ money and for this Tickmill uses a special software tool that is available in the market to widen spreads when they want to and during times when the customer is unaware, and it is usually difficult to monitor the spreads as the trade goes on, and they are not a real ECN broker. My friend in DIFC is a credible and reliable source of information.
They do these things knowing that the retail trader who doesn’t have the muscles will find it difficult to resort to legal action due to the complexities involved and that they are in a different country. Also whilst they are subject to FCA rules most of their foreign clients are registered under the Seychelles authority, due to available leverage, and hence it will have no impact on them. Well, Tickmill, you will be unpleasantly surprised by the action I will take.
I am taking this evidence to the FCA and posting it on all social media and over 20 Forex groups I am a member of, in addition to posting it on my Facebook where I have over 61000 followers, mostly Forex traders. I will not leave this scammer safe, hurting other people like me. Meanwhile, I am filing a legal case locally in Dubai, and getting a favorable judgment, which I will take to the UK later on for execution. It may take time, but it will happen.
This broker is a big lie and a scammer. Stay away from them. Stay away.

Total scammer

I had been trading for about 3-4 months with this broker and only managed to withdraw once. Few days before last Christmas,i apply for withdrawal through visa. But they disable visa and asked me to do it through bank transfer instead. I'm not the first one traded with them. They should have known that my local bank would not accept foreign fund. So truly indeed my bank rejected the money. And only God knows where the money now. Few minutes ago i did another withdrawal through visa and they promptly responded that my withdrawal is rejected. They suggested me to use Thailand bank transfer instead. Which is ridiculous. So my review is that everything is fine as long as u are depositing. Profitable traders should not sign up with anything associated with Tickmill. If u are from Malaysia,never go to them.even if it is regulated by LFSA or whatsoever it is. Kalau ada yg terbaca review ni,trust me..u will end up poorer with tickmill.u know what tick is!

Everyone who is thinking about registering on this broker, please know that the broker with which you're registering is doing illegal activities, because of that your money might be lost one day. Please read my review carefully and you will also find out the cheap tactics tickmill use to loot you from indirect fees while withdrawing.

Tickmill supposedly claims that it's an " regulated broker " and that they only allow withdrawals through the method you deposited.
I deposited on tickmill through ( India Local Instant Payments ) and after that they disabled that payment option for withdrawal, which is still available for deposits. Funny isn't it? Everything works great while depositing but for withdrawals? Yeah a lot of issues.
Because they disabled India Local Instant payments method for withdrawal and allow withdraw through India Instant payments ( which has worse exchange rate about 9% expensive ).
So for deposit you get good exchange rate but for withdraw? Bad exchange rate.

So as per AML ( Anti Money Laundering ) law, you shouldn't be allowing your client to withdraw through other payment system. Yet tickmill is allowing me to do that, which makes tickmill a scam broker involved with money laundering scam.

Not only is tickmill doing money laundering with client's money, but they also steal those money with bad exchange rate for withdraw, but for deposits everything goes smooth.

Jul 9, 2021 - 1 Star Tickmill use cheap tricks to lure clients with their local deposit/ withdraw options. Initially, when i deposited my fund with tickmill the exchange rate was excellent, and the payment system used was paymero. After about 3 weeks or so, they removed that local payment option with other one called " India Instant payments'. So whatever amount you deposit the exchange rate was 9% expensive, the same case for withdraw.

The other local payment option was ' India instant internet banking ', the exchange rate is good for this. But funny enough, this local payment option is only available for deposit and not for withdraw. For withdraw on local payment option, only ' india instant payment ' option and " smart india pay" only these are available, and the exchange rate is worst.
And all the technical issues while withdrawing, with depositing there is no technical issues.

What a liars and cheaters, trading business itself is very difficult, on top of that tickmill want to cheat clients by stealing money with their exchange rate.

i did a big mistake trusting this cheaters with my money, i am looking at ways to excalate this issue to FCA, i have $1,300 with them. PM me to help me with this and let's expose this cheaters.

Withdrawal Nightmare

I deposited $100 on an old account, it had a small balance from before deposited with a different card.

I withdraw the last deposit as I could not do anything in August.

The fools tried to send the $100 back to the old card and now I am told "the card cannot be changed".

These companies are all the same. Even if you make money. Goodluck taking it out.

bad support

Good spread and good costs, but it's the worst support I've ever seen. I needed to check another way to withdraw my money, support didn't help at all, a simple email saying I needed to make a deposit via transfer so I could withdraw to my bank was enough. Bad will is little for this broker. It's good for them that they have a lot of money.

Good experience so far.

I've been with Tickmill since 2015 and I dont have anything to complain so far. The withdrawal is always quick and on time. The spreads and fees are very competitive.

I only trade major FX pairs so I dont know anything about the exotic pairs and other instruments.

The only possible complaint is the high spread at the first trading hour of the day. But I understand that's because of the low liquidity and it happens on all other brokers I've traded with.

Not able to withdraw my deposit

Warning: Do not deal with this company as their behaviour is unethical.

I have made a deposit 2 months ago (2021-02-08 04:52:29) of 4000 euro via Creditcard. Now Tickmill is not allowing me to withdraw my deposit.

This is their response:
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds on a deposits which were made more than 6 months (180 days) ago. We may send your funds to you via other payment method.

For all transparency I do not have an alternative payment method registered with them nor should I.

Will file a formal complaint as this is criminal behaviour.

I have made screenshots of the logs as evidence in case they will manipulate these.

Transparent and Efficient broker

They provide direct market trading with minimal commission and almost no slippage.

Deposits and withdrawals are fast if using Skrill or Neteller even faster.

Tickmill threatens, $35 966 not paid

Tickmill threatens with legal action against me because I expose truth on social media how they refuse to pay me my funds, $35 966! Funds are not paid for more then 6 months already, and they now even threaten with legal action against me. I fight this SCAM company hard with regulators and I am going also to bring my case on court. This unjustice and fraudulent behavior must be stopped!

Aug 17, 2020 - 1 Star This is SCAM company and it should be put where it belongs, to SCAM brokers. Their ratings erased.

Their price at the moment is on 24.10 $. Also straight forward crippled price action. While at same time December futures 2020 contract price which they claim they follow is on 43.22 $ with very much visible dips during upside movement. Something which we do not see in Tickmill's price action!

For situation to be even worse, they charge insane swap for long positions of more then 14 points! Total SCAM! This must be punished!

Tickmill continues their fraudulent activity by offering imaginary, fake, and wrong spot WTI price. Price which has nothing to do with reality, or with any futures contract price. Random number they transmit.

I am in close contact with FSA regulator which works on my case, and hopefully this week there will be some real progress regarding my case, and my funds paid in full.

Tickmill must pay me funds they owe me, $35 966 must be paid to my trading account # 3033967.

May 11, 2020 - 1 Star I am going to describe 2 problems I ran into with Tickmill. My trading account # 3033967.

First and main problem is fake and imaginary WTI CFD price they offer in the moment. Their price currently is at 9.64$ for barrel, while true WTI CFD price is 26$ for barrel, it can be checked with any other broker, or simply by looking at CME futures prices for WTI, all contracts are above 25$ for barrel. Tickmill have applied close only mode on WTI, and since I have 3 long positions I am not able to close my positions with significant profit of 26 000$, and trader can not open new long positions on that absurd, fake, low price they offer because it is only close only mode applied. I would have no problems with their close only mode if they offer true WTI CFD price, instrument I was trading with. Their excuse is that they follow movement of December 2020 futures price, which is also invalid since price for December futures is over 30$ for barrel, and also price movement is completely different. They refuse to pay my winnings after weeks of annoying conversations and invalid arguments they try to provide. I am experienced trader who has account with over 10 brokers, and what they say is completely absurd and not acceptable! Difference in their price from true price is almost 300%, no LP can justify that. There is only one true WTI CFD price and it is between 26$ and 27$ for barrel at the moment I am writing this review.

Second problem I encountered with wrong price execution for trades bigger then 1 lot size. This applies for all FX pairs and Metals. Order is executed on price NOT SHOWN in MT4, but on price worse for client by 1-2 points. This happens every time, for manually opened positions and pending positions. They stole from me on over 500 trades these 1-2 point. It is not slippage, it is wrong price execution! I brought this issue also to them, and gave them chance to refund what they were stealing from me for years, but they refused with no true explanation provided, only fake arguments which has nothing to do with reality. Experienced trader like me can not be fooled or tricked like that.

I am going to continue to fight with them with these two problems and claim my funds via court if necessary if they continue to refuse to pay what they owe me.

Withdrawal Problems (Always)

I have been using Tickmill (as my secondary broker) for 3 years. Spreads are tight, execution is fast, deposit is fast. But, when it comes to withdraw your money, they are the slowest and the most problematic broker I have ever worked with. It always takes more than 1 week to get your money back. To give an example, I have made a request on 17th morning and who knows where the money is, still waiting (Ref: 0XRJ0NMRPN07HL49). And after a week if you ask where your money is, they occassionaly realize that there had been a bank problem and they re-send your money, but magically this new withdrawal happens within a day. They also force absurd withdrawal rules. If you have deposited by a credit/debit card, let’s say 3 years ago, then if you use different deposit methods later, you cannot withdraw your money by another method other than credit/debit card. This is totally ridiculous and they state that it will take 8 BUSINESS DAYS to get your “instant deposit” back. There are absolutely no technical reason to get your money back too late with so many problems.

My primary broker sends my funds to my account even sometimes within the same day, but Tickmill, hell no, I promise that you wont get your money easy. Eventually you get it if you have enough patience.

For my first withdrawal (the withdrawal request was on the same Bank Account, from where the deposit was) they ask for a document which include my Name, Surname and Bank details like IBAN and Name of the Bank. I send this, and they ask again. WTF?, i send this a second one, with explanation, where they find the details on the document, and than they fund my bank account.

The WTI Spot Price at Corona was also a joke.

Still wrong price of WTI

This is the third review against the scam of Tickmill. Oil market of WTI is more than 42 dollars per barrel but still this scam broker is at 23 dollars. This is not the broker where you can get some handsome money. It can not manage the money which is small. Still they are eating money of clients by charging over nights swaps.

May 14, 2020 - 1 Star What happen to Tickmill? Why they are manipulating WTI prices? They are showing 9.45 dollars per barrel of WTI but Real price is now 27 dollars. This is happening to them for a month. Last month when I asked why this happen and they replied they are showing May, 2020 contract price. Again When I contacted they said, They are showing Jun, 2020 contract price, and finally at the end of April they said they are showing July, 2020 prices. Again on contact with them, they said they are showing cash prices of WTI, I asked them if so then please give me Crude oil in physical quantity which you are showing because all over the google and the brokers are selling it above 25 dollars. And Now they are saying that they are showing DEC, 2020 contract price, What the hell with them? Are traders are so foolish as you are? They are not showing real price of the market and eating the accounts of clients by charging daily heavy swaps on positions. Can FPA take any actions against this unfair mean of tickmill?

Apr 20, 2020 - 2 Stars I am with tickmill almost 6 years with tickmill. They are good like all other brokers if you are losers. If you are winner then they will change the game in between your open positions. Recently I have opened trades on USOIL with them with big lots. They move down the market where they want even on 11 dollars. My positions are floating with negative balance. Account was swap free but now they changed the game within one week. They are charging heavy swaps with the name of handling charges on over night positions. Mostly brokers shows USOIL prices now on 23 dollars but their charts are showing 11 dollars. What the hell with them? Can you believe such cheats?

very positive so far

I'm only trading forex and my impression so far is very positive:
- spreads are extremely competitive. They might be wider around the rollover time, than some other brokers offer, but my night scalping strategies work just fine with rather chunky lots (3-5)
- slippage is reasonable: mostly occurs on a volatile markets and rarely large
- deposit is hassle-free
- commission. That's separate story: it's below the market average on a basic level account. It's halved on VIP. And cashback shaves off most of what's left
- VPS is bundled in the VIP package. It's less than 1ms away from the server and Beeks running the VPS know their job, best customer service I've ever dealt with
- Customer support. As anywhere else, you get the blunt uneducated reply first, suggesting you should restart your MT4 or something else. But if you dig a bit deeper and substantiate your claims, they escalate it to the relevant department and you get very sensible answer.
Overall: being in this industry for quite a while I found my experience with Tickmill very balanced, even through the recent rough patch.

I have found Tickmill to be a good overall broker. The minimum deposit was $100, which I was OK with and was pleased there were no fees/charges on deposit and withdrawals. There are a good number of ways you can fund your account, which is good. I did use their live chat, who were helpful but not available 24/7.

Seem fairly good

I haven't used this broker too much to be fair, but I did open an account here for one of my EAs. The type of EA was a very active one which is not allowed at most brokers due to hyperactivity, but is allowed at Tickmill. The only problem was, it worked great on demo, but checked through my capital very fast on a live account due to the commissions (no fault of tickmill, just not the best EA).
I did't continue my trading with tickmill due to the low leverage offered for retail clients (1:30) and they also do not offer crypto, which I think is a bit behind the times.

Absurd WTI oil price

Absurd price on WTI oil on Tickmill, they offer 9.68$ for barrel at the moment. Total nonsense since all futures contracts are over 26$ which can be checked anytime on CME. Other brokers have completely normal and true price, over 27$ for barrel at the moment.

They say they follow December 2020 futures price at the moment, but that is even more absurd since December futures price is over 30$ for barrel.

Tickmill, what are you doing with your price on WTI?

This is pure scam, their price has nothing to do with reality. If they do not manipulate price, then their LP does, and Tickmill is obligated to change this absurd price by changing its LP. However you look at this issue , price is absurd and Tickmill offers it, then Tickmill performs fraudulent activity here.

People, stay away from Tickmill. This is scam.

Tickmill change goalposts

After having an account on demo I opened a live and have experienced tickmill emailing with changes to my leverage and positions and also persistent phone calls with no purpose.

I've never tried the withdrawals so cant comment.

For a few months I tested this broker and apparently it is great considering the short time of use, However, a negative point would be the forms of payments provided. They do not work with (Pay4Fun) the Brazilian electronic goods, because even offering skrill and neteller both do not already operate in Brazil.

Update on "1000 pip slippage" - Received a full refund

Update on my previous review "1000 pip slippage". Tickmill has corrected the mistake, and issued an apology and a full refund for a loss caused by the massive slippage. Other than this, I don't have anything else to complain. Since this issue was resolved positively, I'm continuing to trade with Tickmill.

Mar 26, 2020 - 1 Star 2020 03/26 10:24 (tickmill server time) there was massive 1,000 pip slippage with XAU/USD pair. It happened instantly, moved over 1,000 in 1 bar in M1 chart. We all know what this is. Caused huge loss to my account and many others. I sent an email to their customer service and am waiting for reply. I'll update once I get a reply and see how Tickmill fixes this and protects their customers. Hopefully they can resolve passively, not just making excuses and make customers take the losses.

I did business with Tickmill. I have a very good opinion of Tickmill. It is sad that Japanese business was suspended in March 2020. I am waiting for the resumption of business.

Mar 10, 2019 - 2 Stars I started using Tickmill from March/2019.
● There are transactions where orders are not executed.
● Order slippage and loss occurred.
I am earning money, but I feel uneasy about the order execution ability.

I explain the essence of the complaint below: When opening transactions on a real account such as pro standart, account number 3040686 Thus, the brokerage company deprives the proper profit and distorts the real financial position of the transaction. This type of fraud has been recorded by me repeatedly and on an ongoing basis. Manipulative actions of the broker appeared on the second day of trading on this account. I have recorded this incident on the video and I am ready to provide evidence at the first request of the regulator. the opening price does not correspond to the real indicator of the market price at the time of opening in favor of a brokerage company. Also, with a negative movement relative to an open transaction, the drawdown on the order is fair, and with a positive movement relative to an open order, the profit is unjust and underestimated. I ask you to analyze this type of fraudulent activity of the Tickmill broker and return the initial deposit to me
