Requested refund and they took nearly a month to actually refund my money. Their service is unreliable, sometimes hackers will be logged in to your vps.

I have been using CNS for a few months. At first I was able to live chat with someone to set up and work out problems. NOW there is very little and NO way to contact them. Yesterday the VPS disconnected (yes they do say 100% up time on their web site) - I could not get it up and running all afternoon, and evening. The error message said it was their servers. I did not know if my systems would still be automatically filling, or would they stop or what would happen? They have phone numbers on their web site, but no one answers the phone. It always loops through the voice mail. They SAY they have a help desk, but after you create a ticket ONE time on a browser, you will never find an opportunity to create another ticket on that browser. It is taken OFF of the web site. You have to go to a different browser to create a ticket. I had to download Firefox browser to create a ticket, because I had already created a ticket in chrome (several weeks ago) and in internet explorer ... THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM THROUGH E-MAIL. Maybe they used to be a good service, however having phone numbers which no one answers, and having a help desk on which you can NOT create tickets, and having no way to contact them through e-mail and having a live chat that is usually off line - is horrible - particularly when their services have gone down (or whatever happened - I never did find out - they were up and running the following morning). I gave them 2 stars because they initially helped me get up and running, and because the service went down yesterday - their service stayed connected and worked as I thought it would. I can not work with a company that I can not contact. I am looking for a new service. I would recommend to stay away - unless they clean up their act.

Great VPS but poor Customer Service. I had a problem and they kept telling me to update the VPS that I had on had for 1 month but I did update still a proble with my platform and no assistance offered.
I recommend until you have a problem to be sorted out.

Oct 19, 2018 - 2 Stars The VPS is great but if you have a problem and need any sort of leg work then forget it.
One my trading platforms did not work and I got was it's my software or my VPS needs an update that I have had less than 2 months and the last update was May 2018 I did update but still the same response from CNS even after many attempts to restart but no offer to assist.
Before this I would have given them 5 stars but you find out how good a company is when you have a problem.
