SKRILL PAYMENT WITHDRAWAL ISSUE

Your complaint against Skrill has been referred recently to the Complaints Department of Skrill for further review and response. We hereby welcome this opportunity to investigate your concerns and to address them accordingly.

Nature of Complaint

To our understanding, you are unhappy that Skrill permanently closed your account and declined your refund request. As a settlement of your complaint, you ask Skrill to reconsider its decision and transfer your remaining balance to your bank account.

Factual Background

According to our records, you registered your Skrill account on 4 February 2016 and agreed to the applicable Skrill Account Terms of Use.

On 15 June 2021, following an internal audit performed on your account, Skrill decided to end its business relationship with you, and an administration fee of 181.88 USD was charged on the same day. Skrill rejected your refund request of your outstanding funds amounting to 1,561.86 USD. You disagreed with this decision and opted to file a complaint.

Our Findings

Having reviewed all aspects of your case, we would like to confirm that Skrill’s decision to cease providing you with service and charge you an administration fee was taken fully in line with its published policies. You may find relevant sections of our mutual agreement quoted below for your convenience:

We reserve the right to charge you in our sole discretion an administration fee as displayed in the "Fees" section of the Website for every investigation we undertake into any such suspicious activity, including where we get notified thereof by any third party whom we partner with. You are prohibited from using your Skrill Account in an attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent the usage restrictions imposed by a merchant or a Third Party Provider on the services it provides.

16.4. We may at any time suspend or terminate your Skrill Account without notice if:

16.4.1. you breach any condition of these Terms of Use or any other condition applicable to specific services covered by separate terms and conditions;

16.4.2. you violate or we have reason to believe that you are in violation of any law or regulation that is applicable to your use of our services;

16.4.3. we have reason to believe that you are in any way involved in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, terrorism financing or other criminal activity;

16.4.4. we have reason to believe that another Skrill Account or NETELLER Account provided by us or one of our group companies is held by you and has been used for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, terrorism financing or other criminal activity; or

Moreover, Skrill is content with its decision to refuse to release your remaining balance to your possession, pursuant to sections 6.3 and 7.3 of the same terms.

While we realize the seriousness of your concerns and understand that you demand a detailed explanation for our actions, we are not in a position to disclose further details related to our decision due to certain compliance restrictions applied on Skrill. Nevertheless, we can, and we will provide all relevant information to the extent allowed for by law to any relevant authority upon official request so as to facilitate their own investigation and help them resolve the matter in full.

Our Decision

Based on our investigation, and the findings detailed above, we have made the decision not to uphold your complaint, in this instance. Your account will remain deactivated. We appreciate that this may not be the response that you were hoping for, but we hope that you understand the reason for our decision.

We would like to assure you that Skrill takes complaints very seriously, and we draw on the experiences of our customers, to continually improve the products and services we offer. We would, therefore, still like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Skrill... A complete fraud dont ever put your money in skrill

Skrill closed my account within hours after i deposit my money into the account and funny thing is there is no explanation from them. if you want to save your money just dont put it into skrill account it is a total scam

my account closed after 5 years working only withe forex companies, account closed and I can't withdrawal my money when I Ask why, the Skrill reply was funny as the following

SKRILL MAKING MY BALANCE UNAVAILABLE

On the 10th of August 2021 at 8.35 hours GMT, I received payment from another Skrill account by the name 'Grace Olajumoke Ojuolape' the sum of 22.33 USD

On the 10th of August, 2021, few hours after the deposit, I tried depositing fund (15 USD) into my IC Markets account via Skrill and it was declined for the following reasons:
1. That I don't have enough money in my balance.
2. That my balance is 0.00 USD.
3. That my available balance excludes 22.33 USD reason being that the amount was deposited via a Mastercard, which can't be used to make payment online.

I contacted Skrill filing in for 'Payment Failure' the same day (10th August) and stated my ordeal clearly but received a VAGUE response. I filed another complaint the next day (11th of August) requesting why my fund was excluded from the available balance the response was that I used Mastercard in depositing WHICH ISN'T SO as the mode was stated in the first paragraph. They requested that I close the case of which I declined and to my surprise, the case has been closed in less than the speculated 24 hours grace peradventure I didn't respond.
I have retried to fund my IC Markets account again, even with a lesser amount but the same result still.

Terrible, Unethical, SCAM

This company closed my account with more than 1000$ in my account, without notice! After contacting them they give a list of things that they believe that i violate, but don't specify anyone or either any proof. After requesting my money they reply they gone keep it as a "fee". WHAT A SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Filling a complaint in FCA is done already, the next step is a lawsuit against these scammers!!!

skrill.com is completely fraud

skrill is not capable of even a star. My account was on skrill for a long time. The first thing was that their charges were so high that they used to eat more than half our earnings. But they have reduced the limit when I had USD 24031 in my account, then I get a mail that your account has been permanently closed. When I told them why you closed my account. Then he told me that we cannot tell you. Later, I told them that my fund is stuck on other brokers, they can only come on this account. He ate my whole fund. You, my best friend, please stay away from skrill as much as possible. I do not want anyone's hard work to end here. Thanks

Complete Bad service!!! They are no good at all!.

I downloaded skrill few months ago just because I wanted to fund my account on Olymptrade using it. On downloading,none of their policies are stated until you try depositing or withdrawing. I deposited my first 10$ only for them to tell me my balance as to be over 50$ before I can make any transaction. I can’t withdraw the 10$ and I can’t move it as well to Olymp. I had to look for another 50$ to add to the money.
After adding 50$,I decided to withdraw the whole money in the skrill account only to find out they charge a whole 7$ for withdrawal. As if that wasn’t enough, I didn’t get my money. On the 5th day I complained,they reversed the money telling me some of my information was wrong. They deducted a new deposit fee and on requesting for a new withdrawal,they deducted another withdrawal fee leaving the money to 43$. Now I have been waiting for the money since 22nd of January. I texted them with my statement of account yesterday which they requested for, and they sent me an email that they is nothing they can do about it. I should go ahead and be making enquiries in my bank.
This morning as I write this text,they reversed the money and still deducted another fee,Knowing fully well I can’t request for another withdrawal unless I add more funds. They gave same lame excuse that my information are incorrect which I know for sure, is a LIE!!! Because I double checked this second time. Please run away from this app as quickly as you can when you see it on App Store.!!!

Today they block my account bcoz ask question

Today they block my account. I only ask why they website ask me to add new number. I only have 1 number phone whole my life. I use skrill so long. Never problem before.

Now.. So many problem.

So bad monica customer service permanent block my account because ask question to email support. I never broke any law. U can see my transaction. I need skrill supervisor see my account and fired monica.

U need to know your website history from moneybooker payment for gambling online.

U charge deposit high fee for admin. Crazy.

U charge withdrawal very high fee i never complain.

Customer service almost non exist.

If u ask question your account permanent block. Crazy no support at all.

All the world leave this skrill.

I need someone to sue this skrill to court and shutdown this website.

Not allow Master card payemet

without mentioning they give me chance to upload 600usd to my skrill A.C via master card. But now they not allow me to upload it to my FBS account. Really why they accepted deposits via master card if they not allow to transfer it to my forex A.C.

Read before you use Skrill!

Read before you use Skrill!! They hold money for no reason for a week now..They close my ticket, but they didn`t resolve my case. When I try to withdraw my funds they didn`t provide the security pin code. All they do is to block you.
I can`t send money, I can`t withdraw.
All I receive is a mesaage when I try to send money.

"Balance payment not available
You can’t pay with your Skrill balance now."

So how can I pay? How can I withdraw?
