This company r stealing your money!! Opened an trade on Crude oil and it lasted 6 days and the swap was 150$ and my win was 52$. This is not fair,this is robbary!! Avoid this company.

Hello! Please note that the size of swap vary depending on the financial instrument you’re trading. For Crude oil swap is negative for a long position, however it is positive for a short one. Broker ini is bad copy of previuos Alpari broker. The execution is terrible, There amanah akun is terrible and not understandable by shariah. I think it's like new scam broker just to take money. Also sales specialis who called me unprofesional dan dn diski very bad - Also office in Indonesia can't still now understand if operate. When it was Alpari was much more better and professional espesioly man from Russia don't remember his name and the Director Lily and tutor Imam were very good. Now it's terrible with this unknown forextime brand.

bad experience unqualified staff

as a client enters in profit, they start sending URGENT COMMUNICATIONS that they do not have a suitable ID doc of the client, since they were claiming they could not see my personal code (they had my passport copy which is in a VERY GOOD condition where the personal code was present ). in the same e-mails they were urging to reply asap or in any case within the next 24h with the appropriate doc, or otherwise they would have closed my account! Few days later I closed my account by myself. this did not look reliable.

Worst Support... Stay Away!

I was recommend by my IB to join forextime back in 23 Sept 2020 but until today (20 Oct 2020) my account cannot be link to my IB.

Got reply (after 3 days), He told me that my email didnt reach the support and ask me to email info@fxtmpartners.com to change the IB and CCed to him to speed up the process.

He replied back with the information he told me that that my account is under Refer-A-Friend program, and cannot be linked to IB. Ask me to write and email to backoffice and info@fxtmpartners.com and CC to him for speed up process. (again... )

Really bad broker who manipilates your trade.

Watch out! Big Scammer!
Over the last week all my trades have ended in loses and when i trace back i found that my trades were taken out on stop loss when they should have hit past the take profit. But the trades were not taken out on profit. When i asked them, they say it is the LP and market volatility. Bunch of cr**. Please stay away from this nonsense broker.

They delete simply your account after some time

I have a big problem with Forextime. I had several live accounts there, where I lost a lot of money in the last 4 years. Now I tried to access to my account, because I need some data for my tax department about my losses and I found out, that they simply deleted my account!!!!?! I checked this and in October this year they wrote me a mail, that they deleted my account completely. This is really bad behaviour of a broker and I cannot access to any of my data anymore. Can a broker simply delete live accounts, when you didn't trade there for longer time? This is not very professional and it looks for me like a big scam, because I can run into problems now, because I have to send some proves to my tax department. So I can only warn you of this company FOREXTIME or FXTM. Btw they have very bad trading conditions, extreme spreads. This was also the reason that I had to change my broker.
But normally broker who sit in Europe should keep their customer data longer than 5 years. I am sorry, but I coiuld never recommend this unprofessional scam company!!!

Bad Broker!!!!!!

Don't make a deposit in this broker they will scam you. they increase the spread and the slippage is very high during the news event. if you value your money don't make a deposit.

Nov 15, 2017 - 1 Star stay away from this broker there are scammers. I traded here in FXTM for almost 1year my but this month they f*** my account they controlling my trades. I set my buy order but they triggered the buy limit. and also if I set my buy order during the news my buy order is sliding up to 300pips or more so you will not get profits from this. I am very angry with FOREXTIME

Manipulation

I enterd two trades at the same time from that horizontal line and closed the trades at the same time at the second horizontal line. I don't understand why one in big loss and and the other in small profit. Fxtm admin is proving me faulty. Please how. This manipulation is obvious and clear with the screenshot. zoom and check the time and date of entry. usd/cad is the pair traded.

Live chat not responding. Customer support is not AVAILABLE

I tried to deposit from INDIA but no option of Local transfer is showing. I really disappoint with there service because there live chat also not working. I sent request of call back also not responded yet. I tried to contact them in many ways but not able to. I have experience with many broker and i trading with many brokers with friendly. Before deposit only we cant contact there help center then after our deposit if we couldn't able to connect means we struck with our money. So god saved me from this BROKER.
