Please be assured that we have not ignored this matter but we are constantly working behind the scenes and providing you with the necessary steps, documents or other information to help with this matter.
Withdrawal that is not received now for 1 Month
the second one was 353.97 USD and was on 2nd of June Transaction ID: 11316272 and till now nothing received on my bank account. I contacted them through live chat and through emails they first asked me to send them bank statement and I did. Then they asked me to wait for a while so they can check then they disappeared for a while I sent many reminders. Then they sent me some reference numbers and asked me to check them with my bank and I did and my bank confirmed that nothing was received and the transaction cannot be tracked by the ARN and MCC numbers that they shared. Next I asked them for a proof from their bank so I can go and check with my bank but they are now not responding again. Who ever thinking to deal with those guys is better to run away. They are not professional to handle problems and customer issues regardless if they are scam or not.

As I stated in my previous review, trading with FXTM hasn't been a bad experience.
I recently had a problem getting my withdrawl request processed but, I am happy to say the matter was resolved in a timely manner.
I look forward to using their service again.
May 5, 2023 - No Rating Trading with FXTM has been no less difficult than any other broker I have tried working with.
However 2wks and no withdrawal. Its a first for me.
Also, support, only replies sometimes.
I just submitted my withdrawal request again.
The previous reason for declining is gbp funding source is withdrawn, True £50. Now I try to withdraw my deposited US funds, they keep repeating request US Dollars. No mistake on my inputs in the client area.

FXTM lies on their WD fee policy
As they claimed that per the external source with this Rate: 0.98920863309353 since this is a BUSD-T-BSC currency transaction.
How do they get this rate? It was obvious from their payment processing company that does payments for FXTM. there was might be a charge on that transaction which the customer got a cut from their WD.
BUSD-USD rate or USDT-USD rate are mostly stable and close to 1:1 (0.999). This is can be checked on any crypto exchange on that specific date (Binance, Coinbase, etc).
FXTM treats their customers are stupid, while they are doing scam all over the world.
Apr 24, 2023 - 1 Star I made 2 WDs (amount USD 5300 and USD 9157.57).
I received (USDT 5242.80 and USDT 9061.46).
Even after I sent them an email to email@example.com still no reply.
On their website, they claims no withdrawal fee.
There is no way you have a difference of more than 1% from WD amounts.
Stay away from this broker fellas!

When you request for a withdrawal from your MyFXTM Dashboard, you will clearly see the fees/commission mentioned (if any).
For your payment method which is a Crypto Wallet, there is "No Fees/Commission" and the amount received is based on the conversion rate as mentioned above.

Terrible: They delayed my withdrawal
I chased them for 4 times and they ignored.
We are strictly monitored & regulated by several international jurisdictions and hence, we are answerable for every transaction. At times, we do face technical issues with our external payment portal which may lead to unexpected delays but we always do our best to speed up the process.

FXTM - Worst Broker Ever - Stay Away
I would suggest Traders Stay Away from FXTM (Forextime) as they are refusing and used manipulation by moving funds for the amount of $10,000 & clearing my accounts by activating fake trades after I had withdrawn on the 20/01/2023 for $5,000.00 (Success Request ID: 10660356) & on the 20/01/2023 for $5,000.00 (Success Request ID: 10662086).
FXTM does forex trades without being authorized by clients.
Clearing of funds to the amount of $10,000 without any controls and approval by myself.
Upon investigation, we can see that we have clearly responded to you via email explaining the situation with your trades and claims. FXTM DOES NOT interfere with our clients' trading activities and we do not affect or manipulate in any way the current trading activity of the Client as this is against our Company’s policies and regulations.
We have provided a detailed report on your declined withdrawal transaction as well.
Please note that FXTM always acts in the best interest of its Clients and it is always up to the Client to choose his/her trading strategy.

Fxtm truly stands out
Its truly an ECN broker. Many do complain often about the spread.
The secret is if you wish to target 50 pips,make it 40 pips, so the spread issue is dealt with that way! And yes ECN brokers do take commission cos they are giving you a direct access to world markets. I will rather have a good broker that I know how to handle their spread issue and commission than work with a fraudulent broker.
So yes , Fxtm is one of the best. I also have other brokers I work with, but Fxtm is more reliable. I trust Fxtm. They are among the top 5 for me.
