MY EXPERIENCE

I am chasing for the complaint which i register 5 months back still i havent got any solution..my hard earn money is still stuck with FXTM. i request to please credit back the block amount to my trading account...Every body just calls and promises that they are working but nobody bothers to call. please release my amount of 41753.70 to my trading account as bank has freeze this amount.

Withdrawal that is not received now for 1 Month

I am advising to run away from FXTM, I am an old client with them with ID 63426606 and the problem started when i did the withdraw 5000 USD and was on 25th May Transaction ID: 11273591
the second one was 353.97 USD and was on 2nd of June Transaction ID: 11316272 and till now nothing received on my bank account. I contacted them through live chat and through emails they first asked me to send them bank statement and I did. Then they asked me to wait for a while so they can check then they disappeared for a while I sent many reminders. Then they sent me some reference numbers and asked me to check them with my bank and I did and my bank confirmed that nothing was received and the transaction cannot be tracked by the ARN and MCC numbers that they shared.  Next I asked them for a proof from their bank so I can go and check with my bank but they are now not responding again. Who ever thinking to deal with those guys is better to run away. They are not professional to handle problems and customer issues regardless if they are scam or not.

Missing Funds

Have been a client for over 6 months. Done a payment on 22nd May via the key portal. Have sent over 20\25 emails to backoffice and senior management at FXTM . They keep saying were looking into the matter nothing else. I have a video and screenshots of the payment. Even bank statements for the 6 months and 1 year were also provided. Im very disappointed with the lack of management from FXTM and it's been over 5 weeks since this matter began. I have provided the proof to them multiple times and still have not been successful in receiving my funds. It was 42,000 rupees which was the equivalent to 500 USD. I want my funds back. I want everyone to know this be very very careful

Dashboard removed, can't access my funds

Run away from this broker, they have removed the dashboard when you login. I can't access my dashboard and my funds anymore.

FXTM: Update Review

I am updating my previous review of FX Broker FXTM.
As I stated in my previous review, trading with FXTM hasn't been a bad experience.
I recently had a problem getting my withdrawl request processed but, I am happy to say the matter was resolved in a timely manner.
I look forward to using their service again.

May 5, 2023 - No Rating Trading with FXTM has been no less difficult than any other broker I have tried working with.
However 2wks and no withdrawal. Its a first for me.
Also, support, only replies sometimes.
I just submitted my withdrawal request again.
The previous reason for declining is gbp funding source is withdrawn, True £50. Now I try to withdraw my deposited US funds, they keep repeating request US Dollars. No mistake on my inputs in the client area.

FXTM lies on their WD fee policy

As they claimed that per the external source with this Rate: 0.98920863309353 since this is a BUSD-T-BSC currency transaction.

How do they get this rate? It was obvious from their payment processing company that does payments for FXTM. there was might be a charge on that transaction which the customer got a cut from their WD.

BUSD-USD rate or USDT-USD rate are mostly stable and close to 1:1 (0.999). This is can be checked on any crypto exchange on that specific date (Binance, Coinbase, etc).

FXTM treats their customers are stupid, while they are doing scam all over the world.

Apr 24, 2023 - 1 Star I made 2 WDs (amount USD 5300 and USD 9157.57).
I received (USDT 5242.80 and USDT 9061.46).

Even after I sent them an email to backoffice@fxtm.com still no reply.

On their website, they claims no withdrawal fee.

There is no way you have a difference of more than 1% from WD amounts.

Stay away from this broker fellas!

When you request for a withdrawal from your MyFXTM Dashboard, you will clearly see the fees/commission mentioned (if any).

This is the worst of the worst brokers you can ever deal with. Stay Away

Please folks stay AWAY from this broker. I made a deposit of $500 using my Visa debit card and it was 100% successful and approved the transaction on the 4th of May 2023. On their system it was showing "processing" for 2 days, it's supposed to be instant. After 2 days it showed "Declined" In between all these I was contacting their miserable customer service people and they were lying to me all along and asking for all sorts of proof of transaction. I provided screenshots of what I could. I contacted my bank and they confirmed that the transaction was successful with an authorization code as proof. My account was debited accordingly. I'm still battling to get a refund or credit to my account. Now they are demanding a bank statement showing my name, full account number, and transaction details. This is the worst nightmare I'm having to go thru with any broker. They are far better ones out there. Please don't go near this broker guys.

Terrible: They delayed my withdrawal

Not recommended to use this broker. I withdraw $18 and get instant processed and received. When I withdrawn $1070 plus, they delayed for more than 24 hours (they mentioned 24 hours) but it has past 24 hours and they have yet to process.

I chased them for 4 times and they ignored.

FXTM - Worst Broker Ever - Stay Away

Based on my experience with FXTM (Forextime)

I would suggest Traders Stay Away from FXTM (Forextime) as they are refusing and used manipulation by moving funds for the amount of $10,000 & clearing my accounts by activating fake trades after I had withdrawn on the 20/01/2023 for $5,000.00 (Success Request ID: 10660356) & on the 20/01/2023 for $5,000.00 (Success Request ID: 10662086).

FXTM does forex trades without being authorized by clients.

Clearing of funds to the amount of $10,000 without any controls and approval by myself.

Fxtm truly stands out

I have been using Fxtm of and on since 2016 . I have not had a single issue since then. In the past ,the withdrawal may not come that day but the next day and its included that the trading cabinet that local withdrawal is 24 hours,so that is not an issue ,,but now the withdrawal is instant!

Its truly an ECN broker. Many do complain often about the spread.
The secret is if you wish to target 50 pips,make it 40 pips, so the spread issue is dealt with that way! And yes ECN brokers do take commission cos they are giving you a direct access to world markets. I will rather have a good broker that I know how to handle their spread issue and commission than work with a fraudulent broker.
So yes , Fxtm is one of the best. I also have other brokers I work with, but Fxtm is more reliable. I trust Fxtm. They are among the top 5 for me.
