Hello Kydicars, me too I have deposited with BankOption and I use Them auto trader. It's strange because I tried to contact bankoption but I do not have any answers.
So I'm forced to go through those binaryoptionsexposed.
However, in order to withdraw your money should you are trading 30 times your deposit!

deposited 5k with them into an auto-trader with their platform Bank Options. The price rates are messed around with, making it difficult to successfully trade. Unable to withdraw my initial investment and get in contact with anyone concerning it.
