Spoke to forextopshop today. They are in fact the developer of both EA's. Please see their response to our accusations:

Both EAs are created by us. Both projects are ours :) We know more than anyone what is The Scalper and what is Euronis.. Just trade at same broker both EAs you will see that entries/closes are different(more closes) or wait till market will go really crazy... when one EA will have much deeper drawdown ;)

It appears our accusations are unfounded. Glad you spoke up forextopshop! Just wish you did it earlier thou, in response to the forum, right here on FPA. Communication no youre strong point? :) Its ok, ur EA rocks, so I guess it doesnt matter so much.

Still only profitable trades - no losers yet!

2011-11-11 1 Star Um, did a bit of diggin - I think Wadaa is right. Downloaded the EA Euronis EA and it is exactly the same as forextopshop's! Same settings, wording, system, trading hours, currency limitations - eveything is identical!

FPA - Please investigate? I know I gave a good review - but I will most certainly recount it if someone's stealing from other develops and scamming the rest of us!

2011-11-10 5 Stars The Scalper EA has been performing brilliantly so far! On live for 3 weeks now, and not a single loss so far! In fact, its making up for other EA's that caused me losses that are on the top of FPA's list. I know losses will come at some point - and I'll see how the EA handle's those and update here.

Otherwise I'm quite happy so far... 5 Stars!

Oh, and Errol Cross, I have absolutely no idea how you managed to have a loss of 75% on your account. The only way thats possible is if you modified the EA settings to a MASSIVELY increased risk percentage. That, then would be entirely your fault and not the EA's. No matter how good an EA or system is - proper risk management on your account is the key to not blowing your account. Only risk 2 - 5% of your account per trade/collection of trades if you have more than 1 running - thats it! Never risk more than that!

From what I can gather, as I have experience with the EA is that you must have put your lot size way up - much much more than the standard 2 - 5%. So, an inevitable losing trade comes around, you almost blow your account and you blame everyone else but yourself.

you will see the results start 08/02/11 with a profit of 2009.73$, who is the same profit and period of performance on fxstat of forextopshop.com on the main page

I do see this guy try to get SCAM us by:-

1) Claim this EA of it's own and lure the victim to signup under his IB
2) This EA was develop by http://euronis-free.com
3) I did try to post this question in http://www.forextopshop.com forum and apparently he removed the question and the forum link itself

FPA Review Moderation Team Note: The FPA does not endorse EAs. We do display tests so that people can have as much information as possible before making decision about whether or not to buy an EA. In this case, we have 2 EAs from this company being tested currently. One trades with a hard stoploss, the other trades without one. Anyone looking at the test pages can clearly see this. To not show this information would be hiding data from traders.

Only been with this EA for a week but so far very positive interaction with the support function (Skype and e-mail). Both entry points answer fast and qualified to my questions. In only one instance a question was not answered up front because details needed to be confirmed with partner - appreciate that they rather make that extra check point.
I'm running version 2.0 and would like to see when the EA actually starts and ends the active trading session since GMT settings can be an issue and is very important for an EA of this nature. This could be a simple text message in the trading window.
Link to live performance on website is good but for some reason not always updated - I'm sure that can be handled.
Will come back once I have 15 live trade results myself.

So far my rating is based on the 'On boarding' process and of course not on actual performance.

You had first THAT BAD DAY and you already ask for a REFUND. We accepted all refunds during 30 days and all knows that they can do that.

Sorry SIR, but refund is not LIFETIME as the MAJORITY of companies has as well.

Had the HyperEA on a live account with low settings for several weeks with completely lacklustre performance. Last week the EA took two losing trades that completely wiped out all profit, with a losing position several times larger than the meagre profit. I emailed and requested refund only to get the response, "We do not accept refund. Sorry."

If an EA doesn't operate, that happens, but to not offer a refund to an unhappy customer, very poor customer service, especially when the majority of companies will do so. That to me makes the organisation completely untrustworthy.

1) Ikon Royal. If you see the server time is GMT+2 then you don't need to change anything.
If the server time is GMT+3 then you have to encrease gmtcorrection parameter by 1.
2) VantageFx you have to decrease gmtcorrection parameter by 1.

I have been trading live for a relatively short period of time with this robot... but on low risk setting it made £170 in the first 5 minutes of trading! I have also been very impressed by their support. My feeling is that this is a well written EA by people who have a lot of knowledge behind them. Also... it hasn't been either over hyped or over sold - which counts for a lot. I am VERY pleased with my experience so far and will continue to trust Forextopshop with my hard earned cash.
