FXFlash.com Review

I tried to buy this through the fxflash website. It redirected me to something called jvzoo - I went through the purchase procedure and gave my details to buy it for $83.25 - at the very end of the process, it said there was a technical failure and redirected me to another site where I could buy the product for an extra charge of $25 more for some kind of tax charges for entry to Europe. I then bought the product there and got my username / receipt number and it worked fine. The following week however, I got notification from paypal that I had been charged (a week later) by jvzoo showing up only as Bens Electric Controls Inc for the same product. To me, that is a little bit scammy - getting charged a week later from a different vendor account for the same product. Sure it's deniable as a mistake. At the same time when a shopkeeper gives you change back from 20 after you paid with a 50, it's deniable. Was a bit disappointed in paying tax amount, not previously mentioned, to begin with, and a bit annoyed to find my account charged a week later by Ben's Electric Controls Inc. I complained and was refunded fairly promptly which is good. At the same time, no apology or explanation was made. I will be interested to know if anyone else had the same experience.

No trades opened on live account since installation and no response from support after repeated attempts.

Very first day 5 winning trades, but after that no trades at all for two weeks.

I have purchased the system through the web, that was 24 hours ago, I did not get acccess to software yet. According o FAQ use the email addressed in purchase and also receipt no, I have tried this number of times with out any success. Now I am left without 47 $ in credit card and also EA in site. I have emailed support number of times and 3 different emails, not a word. Now I need to chase pay pal to see if I can recover my 47 $. I am not sure how others managed to get the ea, I went through the vendors web site fxflash.com and receved the confirmation that funds have been sent to the vender but no no instructions to from fxflash support, others please be aware of this. I am not new forex I have tested over 50 eas quitely on my own some i used some i do not use as they are garbage. i am keen to test this provided I get the software looks like that is not going to happen. i wonder if this is a scam, i do not want to put my real money in any ea that i can not get adequate support, would you do that,? , when support is slow to respond that indicate usually lack of interest in customer care or they do not have answers to the questions. I have used the other ea developed by these guys, I rate it also 2 out of ten.

I'm using that EA with all versions at the same account. When the order is opening the lot sizes do not match with the money management setting. Also there's maximum orders setting. But it's also do not obey that rule too. My max trade setting is 3 but last Friday the EA opened 6 simultaneous orders! Also the opened trade lot sizes are very high then my setting. If there was a negative result maybe it could blow %50 of my accout!

So that EA need development.

Also I asked the vendor about these issues with 3 seperate mails. But there's no response from the vendor.

Now I'm giving 2 star rating. But in future if the vendor correct these issues I'll higher my rating.

Hereby if you want to use this EA be careful.

I try to attach it to the chart but it says, licensing may not available or problems with my network, why is that?

I have tried this EA on different live accounts with differen brokers, results until now very good, how described on the website and matches with the live account.
The only problem I had was EA opened 5 trades on the same pair,this gives a high risk, but all ended in win!
I reduced the risk now in lowering % in AutoMMto be on the secure side. I give 5 stars, also because very kind, helpful support, with quick answers.
