Out of business Mark Shawzin Peter Visser
Updated: May 9, 2023

Note:  October 2012:  The FPA has confirmed that Mark Shawzin of BullsEyeForexSignals.com was an outside vendor to Legacy Forex.  Mark Stated that the signals were in his format.  Mark's service had 2 live accounts with FPA Performance Testing.  The first test began with a balance of $900, and ended up losing $849.70 of that.  The second test had $977.13 in deposits and made about $7000.  It then lost all profits and finally ended with a balance of $99.63.  You can check the statistics for those tests here.  Later, the website was edited to list Mark Shawzin as the head trader of Legacy Forex.

ExpertTrading.co.uk now points to LegacyForex.com.  The 3 reviews from 2010 that were originally left for ExpertTrading.co.uk have been moved to this page.  The old demo Performance Test for ExpertTrading has also been moved here.

Website is down.  Company seems to be out of business.

Don't invest with Mark Shawzin, you will lose 90% of your money. I also started with a 25k Account and Axxiom / Mark Shawzin stated they only make money off the profit. Later I found out from the broker Mark was charging an extra spread without my knowledge or concent. On top of this unethical behavior he lied about the margin level, he took a large trade on GBP and lose over 90% of my balance. My advice is to stay away.

Signed up for an account with Axxiom trading, claiming that they have a hard stop at 20% loss of the account and there are stop losses set. That turned out to be a total lie, the trading was for two months and it ended with losing 98% of the balance of the account. I deposited $25K and now it only has less then $2K. DO NOT invest with Mark Shawzin, he will lose your money. The way he lost 80% of the balance was by not setting stop losses and he used much more leverage then he said he will use.

I hereby attest and confirm that the trades from the two test accounts I ran on the FPA website were not linked to the trade copier that transmitted signals to our signal subscribers.

At no point did signal subscribers receive trades pursuant to those executed on the FPA test accounts.

Consequently, neither Bulls Eye (nor Legacy Forex) signal clients received the great gains, or eventual losses from either account.

These test accounts were run 100% for my personal gain and/or purposes.

No representations were made then, or after, regarding the trade activity in the aforementioned test accounts.

I would be happy to answer any questions or concerns that may have occurred as a result of the postings of the test accounts on the FPA website.

Sincerely,

Mark Shawzin

Review Moderation Team Note: Submitting accounts to the FPA's Performance Testing Program and placing trades in those accounts that are not passed on to clients is against the core purpose of what the Performance Testing program is about.  The whole concept of Performance Testing is to show exactly what trades clients are receiving.

Mark is a Gunslinger. Sure he can run an accout up 400%, but he will lose it twice as fast. Mark Shawzin and Peter Visser are now promoting a signal service for $49, but it will go up to $97 then $147/mos. Be wary when traders pull their myfxbook records. There was one under Legacy Forex, Capital Investments, and the new one is under Axxiom Trading. They do well for a while but always lose it all. Enough said!

The results for Legacy Forex are terrible. Trusting someone else to trade my money is the worst decision I have ever made. Unless you are prepared to lose your money, I'd steer well clear of Legacy Forex. The trading is erratic and the risks taken on single positions (20%+) is just gambling. Look very closely at their trades before you risk your money !

I joined the free service recently, however I have not had many signals; I have not seen a signal for the past 7-10 days, just emails saying no set-ups in place. So overall not really very useful as a signal service. I hope this is not reflective of their paid service. Either way it has given me cold feet of trying a premium subscription.

Started with the free service, now using paid mirror service. Legacy is different than all other EAs I've used before, This one actually makes money. You don't just get the trade entered on your MT4 platform, you also get an email and chart saying why the trade was entered.
Customer service 1st class too.If you're serious about trading Forex then give this one a go, I promise you wont regret it.

Legacy Forex have a great free service and I have found their daily emails really helpful to my trading. Their support is really responsive even though i'm only a free member. I'm hoping to join their paid service soon to automate the signals.
