I purchased this robot on 09/12/14 and have been unable to install with a broker recommended by Royal Trading Robot (RTR) RTR then asked me to install TeamViewer and they will install This was done by 15/12 and all code and p/w info furnished Then followed a total breakdown in communication with RTR. I have repeatedly furnished all data and requested installation TO NO AVAIL
