I purchased FOREX-GEYSER software on 2 nd Aug.2011, after I received his special letter granting me friend & family discount. The indicators require Licence-key to operate online. I sent 10 mails to the support deptt of FOREX-GEYSER since 4 th Aug 2011 but they have not sent me the LICENCE-KEY. Hence I could not use the software.
Leave alone LICENCE-KEy, they have not bothered to reply any mail.
After every mail, his computer sends automatic reply & ticket number. I feel not a single soul is employed there to check the complaints. I feel SCAMED.
I have not seen worst after sales support than this company.
Any other experience , I 'ld like to know.
