This service is a SCAM. Please, never buy anything from them/send your credit card information to them etc.. Customer service won't answer your request, and even they will, they don't keep their promises, eg. cancelling your order. You will later find out that they have charged your credit card again.

Hope this service go down quickly!

Have been a member since 11/4. No sign-up problems recieved my user & password right away. Signal service was easy enough to access and use. Not nearly as profitable as advertized though. I'm only plus 150 pips for the month so far. I could potentially be up 300 for the month but, they carried signals over for a couple of days and I missed this info the first time. Wasn't as obvious as new signals. I am disappointed with lack of feedback from the site. No reporting or other user input available on site. No communication from site other than signals. Just recieved confirmation of cancellation from site today. Planning to follow-up with a block through credit card co. as well. Generally disappointing and felt uneasy using this sight

I am SO mad at this outfit! Yes, that WAS a crying baby in the background, sleek - I heard the same thing! Did the lady have a slight Asian accent or something?

Here's my experience -

I tried out the service for two weeks then e-mailed to cancel. THEY SENT BACK A REPLY E-MAIL ACCEPTING THE CANCELLATION AND SAYING I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED AGAIN. Only then on the next anniversary date (for the billing) I was charged AGAIN!!! So, upset, I call my CCard company to get things refunded. GUESS WHAT?!?! MY CC company rep calls up this woman (with the crying baby in the background), and we go through all this for 10 minutes or so. She says 1. she never received order of my cancellation DESPITE me having physical proof SOME customer service person did (she then claimed there were 50, then changed the number to 20 customer service techs and one of them must have not known you had to call to cancel (and get a cancellation number)...so the e-mail cancellation confirmation I received was not valid and they wouldn't refund the charge. In the end I got my cancellation # and everything worked out, BUT STILL, come on, one of their customer service reps e-mailed me to say my account had been cancelled and I would not be billed....gosh!

This service is a SCAM. I signed up over a month ago, and never got a confirmation e-mail or password or anything. I followed this up with at least 3 emails requesting confirmation and/or my username and PW. Still nothing. Then my credit card statement came several weeks later and I saw that I was billed for $49. By that point, I was honestly puzzled because I did not even make the connection between the charge and Panther because I assumed that my subscription never went through (since I never heard back from them) and I had forgotten about Panther completely. When I called the phone number that was listed on my credit card statement, it turned out to be some type of auto parts business, but the lady who answered the phone knew exactly what I was talking about when I told her that the charge was for $49 and she told me it was for Panther. She seemed puzzled to hear that I had not heard back from anyone and promised to forward my message onto someone from tech support. All this while I heard some kids screaming in the background.

A week later, I have still not heard back from them. I am now forced to to a charge back with my credit card company. I don't know why I am surprised. I guess if it looks too good to be true....it probably is.

Update Guess what?? They rebilled me after having sent 3 emails cancelling the service. They answered to one of them saying I would not be rebilled, but I was so beware of these crooks!! I have all the emails and credit card staments to support this!!
Stay away from them for good!!

I have actually paid for the service and have an educated opinion about it. After signing up I received a welcome email that really did not have much information on what to do and how to follow their system, so I emailed them back to ask if there was a certain entry time or anything else to consider when following their signals, I had no response from them. Later I got the signal, around 10pm est (they said you would get it around 5pm est) with a link to the new signals. I followed it to a webpage where you see four sections with different pairs (EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDCHF, USDJPY) and each of them have two gauges that supposedly indicate the trend, then you have your signals for the day with a specific entry, a stop loss that goes anywhere from 30 to 40 pips and a take profit which goes from 20 to 50 pips. And that's it!! no more in the members area!! No information page, no FAQ for members, no forum, no preferences sections, no cancellation option, nada!! To be fair they do have some winners but most of their signals are losers and they do not inform you of their results nor can you see it anywhere in the members area. Needless to say I emailed them the week after joining politely asking to cancel my service since it was not what I had expected it to be, not asking for a refund or anything and guess what? no answer!! that was 8 days ago today I sent another mail and hope they answer this one, I shall keep you posted. Payment is not through paypal so it is impossible to cancel my subscription by other means. I do not know if they have recurring billing because they do not specify anywhere when subscribing. Also on my credit card statement it appears as HYPERBIZZ.COM which is an autotunning site. I really don't know what to make of it.
I will update this rating when I know what has become of it but for now and for not having any kind of answer from them I rate it as a scam!!

Same as Manjo, London. I signed up, same email sent stating I would receive my user name and password. They said they sent it. Yeah right! I will have to do a chargeback.
