SCAMMER! I've bought a voucher though VLOAD (that now is PAYREDEEM) both owned by GLOBALPRIMEX. I've asked the cashout (withdrawal) but they don't WANT to refound me claming that they not accept my bank accounts (4 different bank accounts) includeed the same bank used to buy their voucher. It's a clear way to collect money scamming people. I'm not an unexperienced user.

If you want to cash out your funds, you'll need to provide a few additional documents which were not needed during purchase. We abide by different KYC rules for purchase of eVouchers and for withdrawal of your funds. Please get in touch with customer service if you were unable to solve your issue.

VLoad never withholds user's funds in case of withdrawals, and even in cases where you would like to return your unspent eVouchers.

I've traded with a MT4 account and after that with a MT5 account with this broker from indicativelly 8 months.
Everything was fine...from withdrawal of little amounts done to a good customer service.
On Monday i've received an email from them about account closure for abusive trading...AFTER 8 MONTHS of trading using more techniques (which one is abusive??).
I hold trades opened for many hours, days sometimes...sure this is not abusive trading!
Today ALL (again ALL) profits removed of every type of trade done.
Not after 1 week or 1 month (before the first monthly statement) but after 8 MONTHS !
This is the classic broker where you are welcome only if you are a loser trader.

Where i did go wrong?
1) To have opened an account with an OFFSHORE BROKER
2) To have not withdrawn all before
Hooping to get at least the deposit back now i'm going to open a SCAM FOLDER here and to leave another feedback on another feedback platform.

XTB refuses to pay my deposit

Hi, i have funded XTB in may of this year. Besides a very poor performance (slippage, bad prices filled etc. etc (but is not the reason of my feedback) i have a big problem that usually happen only with scam offshore brokers.
They refuse to pay my deposit and the reason is that they do not accept my bank account where to send me back money.
I have given them others 2 iban + bank statement (always owned by me) but they always refuse them... every iban (includeed the iban used for funding) are EU account (NOT A SYRIAN OR AN HONOLULU BANK ACCOUNT). Considered that i have only these three bank account now i dont' know if i will see ever money if they refuse to pay me on them. I have contacted my account manager (DIEGO BOTTIGLIERO) and the result is the same...
I have already sent a communication to the regulators (Cysec and FCA) i left this feedback, i'm opening a scam folder and i proceed with a complaint to the authorities.

I have received the payment.. but very poor communication.
Yesterday after my last feedback here + scam folder they have confirmed to have sent me the bank wire (today received)

Hi, it is indicatively from a month (from when cmc has changed its mt4 server) that my account has some problems:
1) I can not trade (every time with every currency) a trade goes to ''offquotes''
2) Is not possibile to see the history from mt4.

I have asked (10-15 times) by email and by chat the reason...their answer is '' your account is under verification'' but after one month nobody explain me the reason.
I have decided last week to ask a withdrawal....i see that money has been removed from my account but I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED IT!!!!! I have asked the reason and their answer is '' account is under verification'' others details...
Sincerly i think that cmc is near bankruptcy and it doesn't want to pay my deposit.

Fibo has deleted my profits (UPDATE) because it is the LP of It self

Fibo group (BVI) is the LP of it self - for this reason it has cancelled my profits from ctrader (see my last feedback about it) .. and for this reason it can have Ctrader only with BVI and not with Cysec.

Dec 20, 2018 - 1 Star SCAM BROKER - IT DOESN'T PAY PROFIT (and i hope now for deposit)
Hi, i'm a news trader and i have opened a CTRADER NDD account with fibogroup BVI (account 1011237) and founded on 07.12 with 7000 euro. I use it with LIMIT ORDER after that a good macroeconomics news happen.
I trade:
1) French Services PMI (Dec) on 14.12 =1957,09 euro profit
2) ANZ Business Confidence (Dec) + other nzd news at the same time on 18.12 = profit = 660.47 euro profit
3) SEK Interest Rate Decision 20.12 =15.954,16 euro profit
= 18.571,72 profit
Today i have asked a withdrawal of 18570 (total of profits)
After two hour i have received an email from Ctid (spotware) that 18240.43 have been reached my account... I have contact its (of fibo) customare service to undestand why 18240.43 and not 18.571,72...immediately after that i have received a message that withdrawal was been cancelled..Account now has a balance of 7300 euro (7000 deposit + 300 profit and i hope that i will can withdrawal it). I have asked information about it and this is the answer: '' Dear xxxx,
According to results of the conducted inspection, due to the client's trading platform failure, there were several trades concluded at the non-market prices. Cause of the incident, these trades have been canceled.

Have they had a price/platform problem for 3 trades????' Not for only one, but for 3??????????? The say that they are NO DEALING DESK (and i use a ctrader with limit order, not mt4)... they are only scammer! Please stay away from this broker, IT'S TOTALLY SCAM!!!!! Because this is not a spread, execution etc etc problem...Here it doesn't pay profits and now i hope for deposit (i will update you about it)
