Suddenly, the terms and conditions have changed and I can no longer make withdrawals without presenting my passport. (Deposits can be made for some reason).

I requested a refund, but after two weeks, I still haven't received it. (Support said it would be processed within 72 hours.)
When I asked why, they ignored me.
I can't even log in to my account.

I don't think I can withdraw the money permanently.

I received an email on October 21 stating that the withdrawal process was successful.
However, even after one month, I can not receive my money.

Unless I contact many times, I will not get a reply from this.
The customer service is too bad.
