I'm in forex since almost 10 years. The majority of that time I have traded with ICMarkets.
I never had any issue with them. Fast execution, instant deposits with a large choice available and fast withdrawals.
I met a lot of brokers along my trading way, but IC is definitely one of my top 3!

They CLOSED my trades without notice - SCAM ALERT

Around 2 weeks ago Eightcap just closed my trades (100 lots!!! of oil). Without ANY notice!!!
Only 3 days later I received an email that they are terminating my account and I have 5 days to close and withdraw my funds.
Funny that they closes all trades alreaey before even informing me. Maybe it came in handy that 80% of my trades were in loss at the time they decided to close them.
Support said, they reserve the right to close trades whenever they want. Shocking!!!
IF YOU WANT TO CONTROL YOUR TRADES, DON'T TRADE WITH THEM, BECAUSE IF THEY FEEL LIKE, THEY WILL CONTROL THEM.
I waited 2 weeks for an answer about the reason why they closed without notice, no answer...

Unbelievable behaviour

I'm trading VIX (volatility index) for a long time and because FP Markets only have 1 contract per lot I had to open REALLY a lot of lots. According FP Markets I was just doing that to "abuse" the system, which is completly wrong. I'm trading VIX for a long time with multiple broker.
Out of the blue they charged me fees for all my deposits, around 4000€ and started sending money back to my Neteller (even without a request from my side)
They asked to close all trades and withdraw the rest.
They said I'm abusing deposits and withdrawals. But how if I didn't request a withdrawal? That is the funny part!!! They just wanted to get rid of me, charged me ridiculous 4000€ and asked me to close my trades.
I RECOMMEND ANYBODY WHO DOESN'T WANT TO GET SURPRICES IN THEIR MORNING MAIL TO AVOID THIS BROKER BY ALL MEANS.
In 7 years of Forex trading I haven't experienced any broker like that.
KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF FPMARKETS!!!

Furthermore, please be informed that due to our withdraw policies, if you used only one depositing method you will need to withdraw the initial deposit back to the same account. Therefore, you can withdraw your profits via alternative methods available to your country of residence.

Swap issue solved and withdrawal on the way

I had intense email communication with Global Prime today explaining the whole scenario. That should have happened yesterday instead of letting me wait for 1 day...
As mentioned earlier the agreed to bear the costs for the mistake they made...
All in all there conditions are good. Also they are a regulated broker.
But they have to work on the way how to communicate a mistake on their behalf to the client. That was upsetting.
But all solved and I might keep trading with them.
Jul 20, 2022 - 1 Star I started trading with Global Prime last week and had some good profittable trades on UK oil. So yesterday I requested withdrawals to get my profits out.
I wouldn't believe my eyes when they wrote me an email today, all withdrawals frozen due to some miss calculation on swaps. The swaps going LONG on UK oil on Friday night were pretty simular to the ones on Thursday night, Wednesday night or to the ones they have today.
Wednesday Swap: 11.71400
Thursday Swap: 13.54300
Friday Swap: 16.93300
Today Swap: 14.22900
They can't tell me what was wrong, they don't know how long the investigation will take, no answers, no communication. Just I'm not getting my funds!
Guys, DON'T TOUCH THAT BROKER. They come back to you after few days and wanna steal money from you. SCAM ALERT!!!
