Here is what will happen when you're a profitable trader. First your withdrawal to wire will be rejected, card withdrawal only what you deposited. I am a Vietnamese user, a week ago I saw a notification that XM had a bonus for the first deposit. I researched and saw that XM was a big fx platform. But dont trust what you see. Take it from me, after depositing 502 usdt and made over 2900, they never pay me my profit and if you deposit to this platform, it the same. They gave a WEIRD and AWKWARD reason that there was another account linked to me, but when I emailed or chatted with support, no one could give a convincing reason. They didn't even reply to my complaint email.

Ask them how they found you are associated with the previously terminated account and why they let you deposit in the first place.

Also, are you fully KYC-verified?

I have fully verified my account. Yes you're right, I asked them Ask them how they found you are associated with the previously terminated account and why didn't they notify me sooner. But only when I make a profit from trading, after I withdraw money, will they notify me. I even tried emailing to ask many times but no one answered me
