• Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.

    Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

    Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

    Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

    Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Hello. I've been on demo with v1.3 with great success. I switched to a live account last week with Forex.com and after a half a day of trading they Terminated my account. They gave me no explanation as to why. Emailed them several time and their response was... "Although we appreciate your interest, we are not in a position to comment on the procedures we employ to review customer accounts. Please be advised the determination to close your foreign currency trading account with our company is limited to our specific corporate policies and procedures"
HAS ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS HAPPEN TO THEM???

Absolutely! I traded 1000 USD to 1.950 USD in three days and last Friday, they "disabled" my account. Can't log in and they react in the same way as they have towards you. Incredibly BAD!!! I'm going to report them if they don't contact me in one day!

Yes, I got the same. I too, after about half a day. Don't like the customer wins. Market Makers, also from the worst kind.
 
The same for me! I really have to start questioning if this wonderful EA will ever get successful due to broker's handling of the problem that we are successful. I think that BumblebeeFX is therefore more or less a worthless tool and we should get our money back because of it. I have tried BrokerArbitrage which works in the same way and it was also sabotaged by broker's because it became a threat to the brokers.

If you don't want to post it here, can you please inbox me? I'm starting to really believe that all brokers are a "good 'ol boys" fraternity that are working against us all!!!

You too, Raytonic? Sorry this happened to you as well. :( I'm still trying to be hopeful that this will work with other brokers. It might have to be the trail and error technique and time consuming with running the EA on Demo only to switch live and have it terminated again and again. Maybe since Forex.com is "targeted" in the manual for US clients to use with BBFX, they are becoming privy to this EA.

I use real account on Usgfx. I have very good results, but don't pay the profit. Even the deposit amount either. Everything is invoked. The point is that they do not want to pay.
