Yes I think the are starting to pay some profit, I have a friend who got their profit for Nov and Dec only for the month of April.

Same as my friend. He finally got his pending December payout this month.

I wonder how the guys who sought legal action are doing.

These guys have SCAM written all over them.
Which company in the world deals in millions but struggles to pay out pennies ?
By paying out 10% they are holding the other 90 %. In a few months everyone will forget that and invest more with them. In the process they will drag a few people with them.
We as humans are greedy and that is what these Vultures feed on.
Their director Sydney Lemos has already left town for fear of being arrested. When was the last time he was seen ?
The rest of the cronies in the office are just puppets.

If it is a legit operation they pay everything or they don't pay at all till they resolve the "Banking Issues". They are playing with people's sentiments and we fools seem to be falling for this.

I told them to F off...not signing anything. Who on earth are giving these Exential People, phone numbers of cabin crew members?

They probably are paying some other airline employees for leads. Now that the well of new money is getting more and more shallow, it sounds like they are resorting to scrounging up leads and making unsolicited phone calls.

It is very simple, you would have been paid by now if they had the money. The reason you are not paid is because there is no money left.
It is normal to feel scared to take any action that might weaken your chances of getting your money back. However, the longer you take, the lesser the chances of getting any resolution. The Director has already run away. Soon, the only thing left in that office will be those cheap white sofas.

Hi Dredd, unfortunately I know some people who choose to stay involved in the scheme not because they still believe in Exential, but because they think that since Exential is not paying out capital withdrawals, they might as well stay on to get a chance to recover at least small sums from future "profits". Unfortunately, greed has taken over and they refuse to look beyond and consider that the coming profit payouts will probably come from more potential victims of the scam.

There are some people on this chat that are providing fake info about processed withdrawals with the hope of keeping the rest of the people subdued.
Superhman82 is one of those. I dare him to display the proof of getting paid out. And even if he did, it doesn't mean anything as long as everyone is waiting to get their principal Back.
Here is what I found out...
According to their contract, the 3 brokers that they use who is holding all the clients funds are based out of BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, Australia and Mauritius.
All three places have a regulatory body. I am sure they can confirm, if the money cannot be transferred because of banking restrictions. This is what I am going to do. Anyone with half a hope of getting anything should get in touch with these people to find out if there is indeed a banking restriction or if it is a big bag of BS.
