That's what you get when you sign up for a managed account service that uses "strategies" = robots that don't work. Due diligence my friend.

If this was about US citizens they should have sued them and not the forex brokers - and they should ask forex brokers to give them a list of their US clients (and then sue the clients). I work in the legal field and i understand that each country needs to have full control of their taxes...

I'm not from the US and i don't run any forex business but this is really concerning when you find out that a US institution is suing companies outside of the US just for doing business with people from the US. I mean, the US sues a company outside the US and this will be judged by a US court...
