    Yup they are stealing money, I've had one reply from their CS team asking for the transaction ID's. Sent it on Tuesday, still no reply. They are straight thieves

    Hi, I deposited the money by visa debit on the 10th and the money was stolen through fake trades the day after. I've deposited money before in the past without issue and without this theft issue.
