22 days now and there are no updates..just the same copy pasted replies..and i am sending my bank statements daily..there is a copy pasted reply only when i email them asking about the updates..

15th day and nothing yet...sent bank statements again today..

I also have visited my bank today with the utr and they said nothing is shown regarding any payment and the utr will show in their system only when it will reflect in the account..no trace of any payment is seen..also they asked me to get a statement from the senders account to investigate...
