Hi, The problem is, i can't even get a number or get a hold of someone to talk to, they have this customer service centre that even the manager does not know who to deal with, they communicate only via email, not on the phone, they don't even have a compliance team, or a complaints department...

Ok so just copy the link of this thread to their email, and ask them to explain why i'm not entitle to my withdrawals, and ask them to respond to this forum thread. what if they don't come onto the website and reply to the thread.

probably a month ago....

deposited via credit card and the amount was 4k usd. initial was 3k, and then 1k later. they gave me in total 6.3k credit, and i made a profit of 4.5k. so total equity is approx $14k

I am currently having a problem withdrawing my funds from MXTRADE. Can i ask if anyone had a similar problem and how you went about withdrawing your funds from them? I haven't been told anything, the thing is with my account is I have my original capital, my profits and the credits they gave...
