Unfortunately there weren't any segregated accounts. I'm not sure where you're located, but I wired my account funding $$ to a location in the United States, so I filed a complaint with the FBI's Financial Crimes Division.
Hi Richard
I appreciate the fact that you've come on this thread to provide your input.
I also read through the update posted on your site--I see that you quoted me. Let me apologize if I gave the wrong impression by using the term "admitted" in my earlier post about GNTFX--my intention wasn't...
LOL they're still trading, actually. Most recent trade was last night; London breakout as usual.
I say we move to take this up with FPA to start. I'm in touch with Richard frequently.
FWIW, the GNTFX website USED to say that accounts were denominated separately. I called them out on this...
I'm in agreement regarding the fraud issue--I don't think this is intentional but GNTFX has definitely been sloppy and misleading. Time is of the essence in these instances. I think we should at least contact FPA and see about possible escalation. I am exploring some other options as well; PM...
I noticed that the phone number on GNTFX's website has been removed.
It used to show 1.866.763.7591 as a contact phone number, even as recently as May 22.
All the information regarding their location has also been removed.
Also, browsing through the Terms Of Service on their website, I found...
Richard Cliche and Brian Thompson are two different people.
FWIW I tested them just to see if this was fraud. I had a friend contact them late last month and ask to open a new account. Both Richard and GNTFX declined, citing issues with the liquidity provider.
Richard and I talk frequently...
Yes, please let us know. I've been waiting just under 2 months for my withdrawal to show up. Communication with GNTFX has been spotty at best.
There are still regular trades with GNTFX. In case anyone is wondering about trade methodology--it seems to be based on London Breakout but using...
The website claims the money is held in individually numerated Barclay's accounts. In actuality they sent all funds to their liquidity provider. I believe that provider is Iron FX.
Iron FX has been under investigation by the FCA for the last few months. Their accounts were frozen and they...
I have never used the term "cheat" and that's not my sentiment. I don't think there's malfeasance on the part of GNTFX.
However, it appears there is some kind of mismanagement on the part of the liquidity provider.
Technically though, it makes no difference--whether it's cheating or...
I'm about two months out from my last withdrawal request and still no funds. I learned that GNTFX's liquidity provider is IronFX. Iron FX is currently under investigation and the subject of a class action lawsuit. This is no good.
It looks like the information I received was premature. Did you submit a withdrawal? I've sent a few emails over the last two days with no reply.
This is getting concerning.
I see, thanks for the heads up.
I spoke with Richard this morning, and he informed me that GNTFX is saying the issue with the liquidity provider is likely resolved. Unfortunately there's a huge backlog of withdrawals, including a few that are 6 figures. The lag time is as high as 28 days.
Same here. I have a friend who was planning to open a large account with them last night.
GNTFX wrote this morning and advised that he hold off until the issue is solved.
I don't understand the issue--if all the accounts are individually held with Barclays (like it says on the website) how...
I've been a member since December 2016. I've made a number of withdrawals over the last few months with no issues.
At the beginning of May, I requested a $3000 withdrawal. I still haven't received it nearly a month later. My questions are met with "we've processed but we don't know if our...
