I could see an environmental crisis wreaking havoc in China (and thus with Chinese currency) one day, but I'm not sure when that day will come.

what Elder's book is about I also looked up Trading for a Living, and it's pretty amazing how used copies of the book are still selling for $20+ for a book written 20 years ago. If you enjoy psychology, check out Elder's book. But know that it isn't any kind of trading system or quick fix...

other qualities? In addition to liquidity and tight spreads, are there other qualities people look for? I'd be very interested to know more about what people value when it comes to choosing their brokers.
