Hi, They are big scam!!!! I lost all of my money, the same withdrawal problem. You don't need to send any document which they asked but you phone your credit card department and tell them you haven't got the service what you suppossed to get. they will sort the problem out

if you used credit card to open account, please inform the credit card department. they will deal with them and you will get the money.

Keep on after them, same time if you transfer money through a bank account please report to bank immediate.

If you deposited money by credit or debit card inform that bank immediately, they will take action. The same case happen to me as well.
