I also requested my withdrawal 6 weeks ago now, same excuses as you mentioned. They started telling me that my withdrawal should be processed soon. I keep calling and it doesn't seem like anything has changed.

Well I keep calling every single day, they have said the same thing, they are sending a message to their back office/accounting department, they are working with unforeseen delays, they keep telling me to rest assure they will process it as soon as possible...ugh what a nightmare. My withdrawal...

If you don't mind telling us, in how many transfers have you received about 80% of your withdrawal?

I've been waiting since 9/26 and keep getting the same response, we are working on withdrawals daily, in the order they were received, we have daily limit for processing, we have a high volume of work.. etc...this has been a nightmare..its been almost 4 weeks and i have not received ANY amount...
