I totally agree with this article. The fact that you are trading for free and you've got nothing to lose make it easier to trade carelessly. So it is totally psychological and when you are trading real money you tend to be nervous.
I only have time trading during the nights from 8pm EST to 10pm EST. Good thing about night trade they sometimes have clear trend and you can take advantage of the big movements but I usually rely on signals as a basis.
this is an interesting article but I wonder if it works. It's a good thing I don't have problem controlling myself. My advice is to set limits on how much money per day you should trade and when you hit your goal... just stop.
