then why this is set for "range to 0 (zero)"? it means for example -1 or -0.5, then we sell. But nothing will happen if IR will be set 0.25 - this is above zero,but less than 0.5

so again we'll try to buy if not changed? but I don't quite understand "range to 0 (zero)"... we should sell if IR anything below zero? maybe it should be "range to 0.5"?

Yes, it was a small gain on USDCAD after Oil release, but it was hardly tradable

May I share my opinion? Unlikely, than UK will rise IR. So maybe we shall treat 0.5% as a buy signal? ...today was similar situation for USDCAD
