Still no reply from Rexor and no funds received, can we take this to a traders court now?

Yes the FPA case and a threat to report them to FCA to stop them getting a license seemed to do the trick. I got my funds back.

Reported them to Skrill, they have confirmed they going to contact the merchant. Opened another ticket with Rexor inviting them on this thread and also emailed. Still no response or money. What do we do next? Thanks in advance for the help.
