I've been given the 10k in my account, also I've been assigned Shane aquette as my trading trainer. I googled him and there was a thread on here about him so will have to tread carefully.

UPDATE: I've spoke to a senior complaints manager and longstory short they've offered to set me up with a free 10k account and as much trading support as I want to help me me become a better trader.

Sent them this link and another thread to, they've called me first thing this morning 3 times but I couldnt answer. Must have done something right.
