We've sent letter to cc companies last month. Waiting for the results. Under 540 but not much. Hoping for the best. Ready to move on from all this but can't until I get my money back.

Update to my case. I have nothing back. They robbed me out of 40K. Lawyers have sent multiple letters to no avail. Several agencies have been contacted with all documentation and investigation has begun. We are also contacting FBI as well.

I haven't actually spoke with her. I sent email after email after email. I might get a response after 3 weeks back saying the same old thing of I'm sorry I will reply in 2 to 3 days

Looks like I'm heading down the chargeback road. Compliance no response, finance no response, customer relations Michele no response, manager keeps blaming compliance. Wished I'd reacted 6 months ago. I've lost 40 grand since November.

So get this. From what I've been told the transfer has not even happened yet. Still waiting on compliance and finance to clear approval. Suppose to go today. Yeah right. Was suppose to go July 25th and then Aug. 5th. I'm staying on it hard though. At least I have the bank name they are using now.

I'm ready to give the credit when it's due but until that money hits my account I will keep digging.
