"Bonus money and money you deposit are 2 different things." That's what I tried to argue with John Goldberg. He said "it doesn't work that way." I've read the terms and conditions and it does NOT tie the deposit and bous together. I don't know how to get that through to them.

How did you manage that? Any suggestions on tactics for me?
