Haig,
I don't know where there's a reference, maybe in Sive's Forex training manual? A lot of them refer to terms used in Joe DiNapoli's trading book, "Trading with DiNapoli Levels" FYI:
B&B: Bread and butter. "8-10 periods of thrusting market action followed by single penetration of the 3x3...
Really sorry to hear about this, which looks more like blatant theft than anything to do with trading. I notice that they're registered in the British Virgin Islands and found this site: Money Matters BVI > Protecting Your Money > Avoiding Fraud
which recommends this:
If you run into a scam...
Sounds to me like they are a total scam. Any broker who is continually asking you to put more money in is very suspicious. Looks like they paid back your original funds minus the exorbitant charges and are digging their heels in over the profit. This is a lucky escape from them and they'll be...
Fantastic! Well done FPA :-) I don't know whether this outcome was directly related to the guilty verdict, but it's nice to see that this court system bearing some fruit and not just as a warning to members about companies to avoid. Makes me encouraged to vote more often :-)

Great analysis as always Sive. Thanks very much :-) Your insights are very much appreciated. I'm also really looking forward to hearing your views on EUR/JPY. I've made some excellent gains on this pair in the last week, but my positions are now closed whilst I wait for some retracement...
I have to confess that I only vote occasionally and sometimes offer words of support or encouragement to traders in a bad situation. I agree that I should make more time to contribute to this valuable exercise and on reading this thread I got to wondering why it might be that I don't vote...
If you were an IT specialist, you would know that it's fairly simple to hide your true IP address and make the visible one appear to originate from anywhere you like (almost) in the world...
In response to the problem, selling anything on the internet is all about tweaking your pricing model...
Hi Peter,
Thanks for your useful tool. Would it be possible to add all the news releases to the list? I know some of them you don't think are worth trading, but the tool updates much faster than any other sources e.g. forexpeacearmy site that I get the numbers from and as such is far more...
Pierre,
You appear to be selling if the price is>= 1600 and buying if the price is <= 600. Is this correct? Also, check your currency pair for the news release and ideally ensure you select the pair which is likely to have the greatest fluctuation.
