From my observation, it seems like FPA had contributed to this favorable outcome. Big applause for FPA staff members and all other members who have helped by participating in the forum.
However, I am not sure if I would say that Pepperstone handled this case "professionally" as FPA involvement...
Please share how you got it resolved.
#1 Please let us know who misunderstood what? And what brought light to the matter.
#2 Another question, would you continue to trade with them?
Other traders could also learn from your answers and your persistence in getting the issue resolved.
pipcatcher2, can you please give the rest of us full details regarding how Pepperstone handled and concluded your issue? This will help in my own thoughts regarding this broker.
I definitely need more detail on this. Somehow I still believe that Pepperstone is a reliable broker. However, I will definitely look at the details from both sides properly to re-evaluate my position. If questions and answers goes into endless circles then I can also draw my conclusion as I am...
Jafar, again, thanks for your answer. However, your answer is again not addressing my 2 questions.

I will be following this as well as I was looking to signup with them. I hope this was some sort of mistake.
I still don't understand how can I buy/sell on a non-market price? Is there a special option in the trading client MT4/5 or cTrader where I can assign my own price? This is VERY interesting.

FXOpen mentioned that the execution was done according to ECN/STP system...
