Yes, I did get all money back, binary tilt owed me. It seems like, binary tilt sent me my money back. After that I informed my bank and they closed my issue, so I don't think bank helped me in this case.

Update to my case with binarytilt: They opened a ticket with my case in binarytilt.freshdesk.com (see attached), but nothing happened and today they closed my ticket. After I answered to them, why did they close my ticket, came a new opened ticket.
