I was going to lodge a complaint but it seems as though whats been lodged is enough,my account is $20,000 i tried to withdraw $5000 all to no avail,is there anyway we can recover our monies an authority to go to they claim monies 100% safe

I received confirmation on the 21/08/13 of my request $5000 to date heard nothing they will not reply to my e mails,did get a reply on face book when I asked if they were going bust to which they replied 4xp is most definitely not going bust ?????

Had confirmation of my withdraw request for $5000 21 aug they will not respond to any of my e mails also cant find out who is my account manager,did get a reply on facebook quoting they are here to stay etc.
