Still no willingness on Ava's side to provide any clear evidence supporting their claim that I "manipulated" their system. Brokers need to understand that it's not OK to nullify profits a month after they were made. A broker still employing such practices is simply a bucket shop.

I'd only go the lawyer route once I go through the regulators first. If that does not prove successful the next step is the lawyer. But you'd have to share whatever funds you are able to recover with the lawyer(70/30 perhaps?) or pay money upfront with no guarantees of recovery.

I've placed the AvaTrades side by side with the ActivTrades trades in an image so it could be seen that trades were taken at the same time and executed at ActivTrades. Simply showing a feed does not mean that the trade would be executed so showing the actual executed trades is the best proof...
