Hasn't worked for me. But you can do it manually, using NewsImpact DataFlash. Its window can be pinned to top, and has a voice notification(awesome stuff, tells you to buy/sell/no trade, based on preset, just like in FNG, except you have to click manually) PS. I haven't been using it long...
