UNETHICAL and UNFAIR PRACTICE by OPTION RALLY
BE WARNED!!!
OPTION RALLY claims by themselves to be "known for its outstanding customer support, customer service, education and reliability" and they even state that they appreciates the well being of all its clients as its prime objective! NOT TRUE!!!
What we can say...is that they are masters in taking your money out of your account, WITHOUT you even being informed of their intend to do that...and WITHOUT you even doing a single trade!! In other words...You LOOSE money with Option Rally, even when you DON'T trade.
In their 'small print'(which is hidden away in their looooong 'Terms and Conditions', which you WILL NOT find unless you have hours on hand or an attorney to go through Option Rally's entire website) they state that if your account is not active for a certain period(in other words you MUST trade LIVE continuously), they will just TAKE money from your account, without even giving you notice or communicating this intend of theirs with you(they call it 'Maintenance fees'). They just take the money WITHOUT notifying you and you will NOT get it back....doesn't matter WHAT your reason is. Even if you were in hospital or something like that and you thought your money is safe in their account(as they claim themselves to be 'just like a financial institution where your money is YOURS) ...they will IGNORE your request and say that THEY are right and YOU, the client is wrong. And BE WARNED...the amount they take is NOT small. We just wonder...Why do they need to take money from a clients account for 'Maintenance fees'?...For what? It is the clients money that is in THEIR account...they don't loose ANYTHING when the money is there!
Oh, and don't even try to contact them to ask for help or support...If they have to give money back to YOU...you will NOT get ANY support. You are NOTHING to them when they need or might have to part from their money! They are just interested in your money...not YOU! Even when you ASK them to help you...they WON'T. They won't even reply to your emails for months(hoping that they might just 'score' another 'Maintenance fee' from you, by 'stalling' the communication.) Even if you proof to them that they do not reply to your emails and that they DON'T live up to their claim of "appreciating the well being of all its clients as its prime objective"...they will still not attend to the complain or help you solve the problem...because they DON'T and WON'T want to be proven wrong and refund your money, which was taken out of your account, because of their lack of communication and false promises of 'helping their clients' to even start trading.
So whether they've given you support or not and whether they've contacted you to start trading or not...If YOU don't trade continuously...they WILL take your money from your account, without any communication with you accordingly. In our eyes...that is UNETHICAL and UNFAIR PRACTICE.
Even when they read this...you can be sure that they WILL come up with some kind of 'excuse' to once again try to be the 'right' and not the 'wrong'...because remember YOU, THE CLIENT is wrong...NOT them!
No one in the world should EVER need to go through this EVER!!...So be Warned!

Not to long ago, the owners of this forum had to ban a little "warrior" because he wanted to be "commander-in-chief" as part of this plan to speed post his way to the top, he used almost similar words, sometimes insulting words against this brokers and their representative OptionRallySupport, So far this brokers representative has resolved most if not all issues that can be resolved, if you do think you are prove that this broker might have cheated yourself in any way, open a thread in the "Scam Alter Folder, and discuss your case

I traded options at OptionRally for a year - now that I try to withdraw my money, I am unable to do so because they have excuses the whole time.

Can anybody give a suggestion as to what I can do to get my money back?
