In the first 15 seconds there was an 11pip action so there was no triggering spike. But if you had used a bit higher pre-release price there wouldn't have been entry either because the retracement just didn't reach 30% (4 pips to 13 pips). But if you had entered anyway it would have made 5-6 pips of profit for you.
