Wow! Their whole "spiel" is like verbatim to other scammers out there! I'm so sorry to hear you will be going to court. However, DO NOT relent! It's work and justice will be served. Make sure you add on your "frustration costs" in dealing with them. I don't know how some folks can sleep...

Guilty: promises/guarantees they can't keep, and talking you out of withdrawals. Then wow! Their "help" made you lose! I heard that your "losses" are their "gains". If this is how the scammers work - why wouldn't they lose your money as fast as possible? Correct me if I'm wrong...

A warning:Stay away from GTOptions.com at ALL costs! It took me a looooong time to get my money back but I did. Not with their cooperation however, They are not what they say and do. Just do not use them.

Final Update: As of yesterday (Sept 9/16) All funds have been returned onto my CC. Took awhile and much follow up on my part but DONE!. Full refund with M/C (no exchange variance), but Visa allowed for exchange variance - which is about $250 in total cost to me. Given the experience - I will...

2nd Update: as of today, both CC companies are in "dispute arbitration". I have been told to call back at the end of July for status (unless they contact me sooner).

Update: Both CC companies are now fully engaged in the dispute section. One CC is in "Arbitration" and I see the amount in arbitration has been withdrawn on my GTOptions account as "chargeback" and has the word "approved" beside it. I am suppose to hear the status on this by the end of July...

Thanks for the tip. I will re-visit the other CC. Yes, GTOptions is certainly fraudulent here! I will keep you posted on what I find out.
